I inserted a flashdrive but it doesn't show up on computer

I inserted a flashdrive in the usb port of my pc but it doesn't show up on computer.

When I go to the song page, it shows that it has been purchased.
When you say "song page," is that the screen in the iTunes Store, where you purchase the song?
In your iTunes Music library, do you see that song listed?  In iTunes, if the sidebar (along left side of window) is not visible, from the menu bar, under View, select Show Sidebar.  In the sidebar, below LIBRARY, click on Music.  To the right, the list of songs in your iTunes library is shown.  Is that purchased song on that list?
After confirming the purchased song is in your iTunes library, the next step is to get it to sync to your iPod.  Please post back...
