I install the iOS 7 and the ipad asks for a code, I never put it a code
I install the new ios7, the installation when witohout a problem, but in the gettin started part, the ipad asks for a code, I never put one, so I cannot use the ipad because of that.
I can not restore it, because it aks me to go to adjust and shut down the find my ipad part, I can not get past the code.
Here it is how I solve the issue. I downloaded the iOS 6.1.3 of my device and installed via ITunes. Then a message of error appear and the ipad when directly to restore mode. Then I Just restore it and That Was it.
So I can tell That the Main issue is That iOS 7 does not have the restore mode option.
You know the one where you press the home button, then the sleep button and release the home button.

Recently I logout from App Store and immediately I logged into the App Store .After that I clicked the FaceTime and it is asking for signin.so I entered the credentials and clicked on signin .at that moment I got one pop up like rupees 5/- deducted from your carrier account
from that moment onwards its keep on deducting the amount from mobile money account.its nothing but when I am enable the feature like FaceTime and imessage you are keep on deducting the amount from the carrier account
actually I can use the FaceTime and iMessage through internet right
then how can you deduct the amount from carrier even if the Internet is on in my mobile

I am trying to install new software on my Imac and my keychain asks for my password, I type it in, it says it is wrong, I do it again, wrong, it gives me a hint, same one I have been using, wrong again, so I cannot get the new soft ware to download, how do I get my passwork on the keychain to work or how do I change it?
What model iMac and what version of the Mac OS is installed? "About this Mac" from the Apple menu is a good place to start.

Are your sure that the iPad is not asking you to CREATE a passcode. It will do this as part of the iOS 7 upgrade. If the device is truly asking for a passcode and it is now locked take a look at this Apple support page

I just updated the iPhone iOS. I get the Hello Screen. It asks me to choose a WiFi. Then it takes me to a login but it has the WRONG AppleID listed. I changed the AppleID months ago. I do not have the password for the old ID, and I have no access to that email account to reset it. What the heck do I do? I can't get past this step.
UPDATE: Problem solved! Just got off the phone with Apple support. It only took all of about 10 minutes tops to fix, which was great. I think it was relatively painless because I never changed my password. Even when I changed email addresses/Apple IDs, my password never changed. So if there was an old password that you no longer remembered associated with the old Apple ID, I imagine that could be trickier.
These were the steps:
Settings --> Messages --> Send & Recieve --> tap old Apple ID --> Sign Out
Settings --> Facetime --> Send & Recieve --> tap old Apple ID --> Sign Out
Settings --> Messages --> Send & Recieve --> log-in with current Apple ID
Settings --> Facetime --> Send & Recieve --> log-in with current Apple ID
Settings --> iTunes & App Store --> he had me verify that it was showing my current Apple ID, which it was, so we didn't need to mess with anything there
Settings --> iCloud --> it was still showing the old Apple ID and wouldn't let me change it (it was grayed out), so he had me scroll down and Delete Account. This is where I think I needed to enter my password, but fortunately it was the same as always, so no problem there.
-- Select "Keep data on my iPhone" or something like that
Then:
Settings --> iCloud --> log-in with your current Apple ID/iCloud account.
-- Select "Merge" so it syncs everything up.
All done!

Will the iOS and the iPad ever have true multitasking?
I have an iPad 3 and don't understand why it doesn't support true multitasking. I would like to be able to open an App and then have the option of closing that App or minimize it. I would like the ability to then quickly switch between those minimized rather then all those that I have opened recently.
At this point why does the iPad share an OS with the iPhone? The iPad 3 is simply an amazing device that is limited to being pretty good because of the OS limitations.Example 1: Often when I am using Safari I will click on a video and will be switched to Youtube. Currently, when I am done I have to go back to the home screen and re open Safari and now Youtube is in my recently used Apps. What would be ideal is that when I am done watching the video, I close Youtube (which is closed and not part of my "open" apps) and I am taken back to Safari because I never chose to close it.
This has nothing to do with multitasking. An app being in the recently used apps bar or dock does not mean the app is actively running in the background. It means the app is recently used, and you can switch back to Safari from the recently used apps bar or dock in this situation without having to go back to the home screen where Safari is located.
Example 2: I use the directv app all the time to control my tv. The app shows me all the channels and what is currently on. Currently if I switch to another app and then switch back to the directv app it currently has to completely reopen because it does not have the ability to run in the background continue to get updates via my home network. True multitasking would allow it run and get updates if I chose to let it.
This is up to DirectTV to provide such tasks in the background when leaving the app just as Pandora has included the option for music to continue streaming in the background when leaving the app and GPS navigation apps have included the option to continue running in the background when leaving the app.

Can you access your email account through the web interface from a computer using the new password? If so, you may not be typing in the password correctly in your iPad email client. If not, then you've forgotten your new password. Try resetting the password again from the hotmail web interface.

The apple ID on my phone is differnt from the one on ICloud. I have gotten married and changed my ID for Apple. My ICloud ID is correct in my PC but my phone is incorrect. I don't remember the password for the ID for ICloud. How do I change the ID???
