I installed Adobe Flash Player, but YouTube is still telling me that I need Flash plug-in?

I have Safari 7.0, and when I go to youtube, it says that I need the latest flash plug-in, and I keep downloading it but it's still saying the same thing. Flash plug-ins are already enabled in Safari preferences, so I'm not sure what the issue is.

Yes, done all that but there is no adobe flash player listed in the add ons >plug ins site. However in the program listings on the start section adobe flash player is displayed.
I have tried down loading it again and although I have done this from downloads and it displays as done it does not reappear in plug ins.
The plug ins I have got listed in Tools>Add_ons>Plugins are

I use Facebook a lot. I watched a video earlier that someone had posted and all went well. So a little later, when I wanted to show it to my daughter, once again this darn box popped up which since I can't resolve it as my Windows 8.1 apparently comes stock with Flash Player so clicking for a new installation does NOTHING internally.
The Adobe site ran it's check and I saw that little floating cloud that verified that I have Flash Player installed and that it works and is Enabled. I've also researched this NUMEROUS times and found that it's easy to just click the gear in top-right on my IE-11 and Manage Add-Ons then make sure it is Enabled, which it always has been.

I'm back! Actually, this issue has been happening to me every now & then but I'd just given up on dealing with it. But now I'm motivated again.
I clicked on a video link in Facebook that sent me to NASCAR | Facebook which turns from the https URL to those two words on this site for some odd reason, and it just popped a box telling me saying Flash Player Upgrade Required - Get Flash Player and the video's image never displayed under that and it couldn't be played.
Then once again I went thru all of the steps to insure that both I do actually have Flash Player and that it is Enabled. I do and it is. I also read somewhere to click the gear icon in IE then click Safety > ActiveX Filtering. I do that and I see a checkmark next to ActiveX Filtering. I've tried it both with a checkmark and without one and there's no difference.
I have Windows 8.1 fully updated, IE-11 and Flash Player

I have just installed the new version of quick time but my Itunes is still telling me that it needs quick time to play the film.

     Press the "Delete All" button
     Install Adobe Flash Player.

    Follow the prompts.
    Quit Safari.
    Restart computer. Relaunch Safari.
2. Allow Plug-ins
    Safari > Preferences > Security
    Internet Plug-ins > "Allow plug-ins"
    Enable it.
    Press " Manage Website Settings" button for more options.

It seems that going to Preferences>Security> Check allow plug ins, then manage sites, and then allowing one site allows all??? Seems like a lot to go through. I have installed the player 4 times now and just got it figured out!

I can view some videos at Youtube in Flash Player, but other videos ask me to download the latest Flash Player. I have done this, re-booted, but Youtube keeps asking me to download the latest player.

The new versions of Flash Player for Android are still not in the Archive page!

I feel like something is missing in the Flash Player Archive page. Yesterday, I read that the new Flash Player version for Android 2.x/3.x is now version 11.1.111.73, and that the new Flash Player version for Android 4.x is now 11.1.115.81, but instead, all I see are previous versions of Flash Player for Android 4.x, 3.x, and 2.x! When will the newest Flash Player versions for Android be available to the archive page? The same thing happens to me, Safari asks me to update the Adobe FlasPlayer, I download, start the installation process, ask me my username and password in order to install, then see a window where I choose if I want to always install the updates , or ask first, or not inslate updates, and at this point it is not progress, I can not cancel the process, I turn off and turn on my machine.
What can I do ..??
