Please do not worry. You can just download it from Creative Cloud Help | Install, update, or uninstall apps.
You have to activate it with your Adobe ID.
In case the CC has been activated two time, you will have to use the option to deactivate the CC from previous install .This prompt will appear when you will try to activate the CC. Once you choose this option it will allow you to activate the CC on the new machine.

We have three computers in the house but I can't authorise my new MacbookPro for iTunes or homesharing because it says I have 5 computers authorised (I don't). I can't even get my music from the iTunes library on my old Macbook onto my new one, because it won't let me sync my iPhone 5 with my old Macbook, as I can't update the iTunes software. So I have a new MacbookPro and a new iPhone 5 and I can't get any of my music on either of them. I feel singularly depressed.

As you have more than 1 computer authorised then you should be able to log into your account on your computer's iTunes (Store > View My Account) and 'deauthorise all' (which you can do once every 12 months) and you can then authorise/reauthorise the computers that you still have and need : authorising and deauthorising.

Do you have the iCloud set up? If you don't you need to buy a third party software that will do it for you when you plug your phone into the new computer. You can google: iPad/iPhone/iPod to Computer Transfer. You have to pay for the software but it's really a life saver and you get free updates for life. It'll save you a lot of pain and suffering in the future. I've used it many times.

Ipod syncing is not one way. You just have to know what to do...
I can see you use windows. Connect ipod to pc, but don't install or dont open itunes - dont alow itunes to sync automaticly). Then open explorer, enable hidden files, open your ipod (as you would any disc) open hidden file with strange names and copy all of them on your new hard drive. Then drag all this strange-named files in your itunes...woooo...now those strange names become your songs...it is magick
