I installed dragon (am using windows 7) on my macbook and got a feed back squeal, uninstalled dragon and squeal continues.

If I turn the sound level down I only get the feed back when I put something over the left speaker. With the sound turned up to 70% or more the squeal is constant.

If the AX is working properly, it should not show up in your list of available networks (since it is "joined" to your router). Have you unplugged and replugged your AX? Unplugged and, after a minute, replugged your router? Do you have MAC address filtering enabled on your router? (if so, disable it to see if the AX works ... it will broadcast its MAC address to the router, and you can add it.) Is your firewall turned on? Turn it off and see if you can access Airtunes. You will have to open a port in your firewall if that is the case.
The AX should have the same network name as your router the wireless tab. When it shows up, what name is it broadcasting?

You must authorize the second computer with the same Adobe ID.
There are sometimes issues with this registration: if you have them ....
Sometimes ADE gets its registration/activation confused and in a semi-authorized state.
Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help.
Unfortunately, it often then gives misleading error messages about what is wrong.
A common incorrect message informs you that the ID is already in use on another computer and cannot be reused.
This can often be resolved by completely removing any authorization using ctrl-shift-D to the Library screen on ADE (cmd-shift-D if on Mac).
Restart ADE, and then reauthorize with your (old) Adobe ID.

Time Machine treats any new drive like a new computer. It starts a completely new Time Machine backup. So you now have two backups - a new one and all your old ones.

Now much of my wife's email displays as garbage when i use the att service. Genius bar guys could not help. They guessed that the garbage being displayed might be HTML code. We all suspect that there might be some problem with the relationship among aol, AT&T (lte) and Apple, but no one knows where or how. My mail servers are set up the same on the old iPad and the new iPad (IMAP and SMTP). Bottom line is: I got the new iPad, and it does not work for my most important app. Wireless works fine.
Any suggestions? The genius bar guys started a trouble ticket.

I must be part of the "No one" that still uses AOL mail. I still use it (two AOL accounts in fact) and have used it pretty much without issue for years and years.
I have never had an issue with AOL mail on my iPad. I wish that I could say the same for my business Microsoft Exchange account that users swear by. Of the five email accounts that I have, the Exchange account is by far the most unreliable and issue ridden email account that I have.
Even my two Comcast email accounts work far better than my buggy Exchange account.

Satellite L50-A Uninstall IE 10 and install IE 9 using Windows 8

I need to use IE 9 rather than IE10 so I can monitor the various tabs as I work. IE 10 does not allow that to happen.
I can disable IE 10 by going to the Control Panel, then selecting Microsoft features then unticking the IE 10 box. Doing that removes the IE 10 icon from the Start Panel.
However when I try to install IE 9 I get a message that IE 9 is already installed. However I cannot locate it nor if it is there run it.
Does anyone know what I need to do to get IE 9 running.

Update.
It seems IE 10 cannot be replaced by IE 9 if using Windows 8. However the if IE 10 is opened from the desktop then it displays with the tabs shown as in IE 9. OR if you open from the Start menue you can click on tools then select Show as desktop to get the same display. I haven't yet found how to set tha IE 9 type display as default though.
Item now closed for me I think.

I don't understand what you're asking. iOS 5.1 is the latest version of iOS that exists. If you have iOS 5.1 on your iPhone now and are trying to go back to an earlier version of iOS, that's not supported.
