Photoshop Elements 11 is installed on my old pc and I like to deinstall and install on my new notebook.
I do not have the serial number anymore. Can I find the number somewhere on the installed programme?

You are allowed to have the software installed and activated on two machines, so you do not need to remove it from the old pc just to install it on the new machine.
If you look in your Adobe account online you might be able to find the serial number.
You can also try contact Adobe support thru chat to see if they can help with the serial number. They might be able to if you can prove ownership of the software.

If you registered PSE when you first installed it, go to the main page of adobe.com and look for My Adobe on the upper right side of the page. By working your way through the links there you should find your serial number.

You can use a download instead of the disk and license with your serial. The link can be found here: Other downloads select CS5, the program you use to have on disk. Please change the language of the page so you will get the correct language. Serials are limited to the language and the program so please be carefully selecting the correct suite or single program. I uninstalled my elements 10, I want to reinstall it, because elements 12 does not have the lighting effects, and because it seems impossible to use, I bought it because i am having trouble getting my camera raw files excepted in elements 10 from Canons new camera, the EOS 70D. THERE SHOULD BE AN UPDATE SO ELEMENTS 10 WILL RECOGNIZE THE NEW CAMERAS.

For the 70D you need to buy PSE12. Alternatively, download and install the free Adobe DNG converter to convert your CR2 files to the Adobe universal Raw format and the files will open in all versions of PSE (keep your originals as backups and for use in the camera manufactures software)

there's no way for you to identify which machines have or had cs3 activated, and you can no longer purchase a cs3 license from adobe.
you can request an activation count reset (Contact Customer Care) and deactivate your cs3 on all your computers. you can then install and activate on up to two computers.

CS 5.5 was crashing and reinstall will not take my serial number

Hello,
I was having many crashing issues on CS5.5 with Yosemite so I decided to download the trial again and reinstall. Now after the install, it will not take my serial number, even though it is listed in my adobe account history. HELP!!!!!
Also, everytime I try and open a file in photoshop cs5, it crashes. I get a GPU warning sometimes as well in Yosemite.

Tried to reinstall everything for a few times, but nothing helps.

When I search for updates the raw converter doesnt get update automaticly. Frustrating, is costing me the whole morning.
