I installed the cloud before using my dad's account name. I used the PS trial and then i decided to buy the suite. but the cloud keeps automatically keeping his name. Which doesn't let me download anything to my computer as more than a free trial. I unins
Accounts just don't seem to sync.
Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

Why can I not download apps on my iPod? I cannot use my Ipad because Im getting a pop up asking for my Apple ID password but when I enter it the pop up just keeps coming back and doesn't go away. It pops up every second it doesn't let me do anything on my Ipad not even turn on WiFi! The account and pasword are correct in fact I can use them fine on my Iphone. I have tried restarting my Ipad and turning it of, it doesn't work! What is happening and what can I do to fix it?
Same problem for me.
1. Cannot connect to wifi as icloud password pop up keeps appearing.
2. tried deleting account. UNable to do so.
3. tried resetting password by logging into apple id through desktop as mentioned in one of the responses in another thread. Unfortunately the apple id to be reset is the same as being prompted by icloud and hence unable to reset the same.
Feel like breaking the **** ipad into bits. Stupid of apple to let such a bug in and not offer support !! -
So I have a problem with iTunes not letting me download anything without first responding to some security questions which I don't remember setting up, how can fix it? Oh, and it won't let me reset the questions either!

When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use -
My Mac wont let me download anything, even software updates. it runs the whole download then restarts but tells me an error has occurred.

If you go to the Apple equivalent of: Appdata\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates (sorry am a mere PC user )
If there is a file titled iphone1,22.1_5F136Restore then try deleting it and then running iTunes without your iPhone attached.
Go to the menu and select Help/Software Updates which should then notify you that there are updates and allow you to download them in advance of restoring.
Hopefully this will download the update. Once completed attach the iPhone and restore.

On my ipod touch i bought some music but when i go to download it on my pc it just comes up as downloaded and doesn't let me do anything with it.As in it w'ont let me download it or anything like that.
Make sure you have signed-in your iTunes and authorized the computer.
Go to iTunes menu EDIT > PREFERENCES > DEVICES tab and check the Box "Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads from syncing automatically then OK.
As long as you don't sync your devices, iTunes will not wipe out music from your iPod. Now connect your iPod and do the Purchase transfer only. -

I have a laptop (2010) with Lion OS and tried to install Mavericks and part way through the installation it quit and reverted back to Lion and the app store doesn't let me download Mavericks again. How can I resolve this?

Hook it up to your computer and open itunes. try to download hte apps via your computer. Every time you update hte software you have to reagree to the itunes terms of service. Sometimes it's hard to get it to come up on the device, but is easier on a computer.

A pop up appeared and it doesn't disappeared even though I press the "ok" of the pop up and it doesn't let me do anything else. I can't even turn it off. What can I do?
This isn't the solution, but I would just let it run out of battery.
It would turn off on its own then just start charging it again

I'm told by iTunes store to sign in which I do, but then it takes me straight to billing I enter the correct three digit security code, then what happens it tells me invalid Cvv.
