I had to update as it wouldn't recognise my iphone anymore, although it opened fine prior to the upgrade.
Try a reset on the phone. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone will reboot. If it still isn't working, then restore the phone.

You music is safe. You should backup the library anyway.

I just downloaded Lightroom 3 (Vers 3.6) and once I installed it and opened it, it said that there are an error changing modules. I deleted it and re-installed the .dmg file and it still gives me that error. Can anyone help?

OK, let's try this... what model phone do you have? At what point i the process do you see this error? Does it start the update and then fail part way through? Are you on WiFi or 3G? Have you tried doing the update from your computer? What operating system are you running on your computer?

My i-phone wont turn on and I don't know why, it went off all of a sudden even thought the battery was half charged, I've tried holding the power and home buttons to reset it but that hasnt worked, I don't know what else to try, can anyone help?
Charge it for 30 minutes with the wall charger, then hold the HOME and SLEEP buttons at the same time for up to 30 seconds. If nothing happens your phone is probably broken.

I installed the update, and now the only icons I have is Home Sharing and Settings.
I've been seeing the Update Available message, but have ignored it. Decided to update today. When it finished, the only 2 icons available are Home Sharing and Settings. Everything else is GONE! I reset the box to factory settings.....and still exactly the same. Can someone guide me through how to get back to the Apple TV that I LOVE!
Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

Installed latest update, and now ipod touch won't work
Hello, I clicked on the download and install option for the latest update to my ipod touch. I think it was 2.2.1, but I'm not 100% sure. Anyway, now I have to hold the power button down several seconds, and I see the apple logo, and then the itunes icon with the USB plug which indicates I need to connect to itunes. When I plug it in to the pc, I get prompted that I have installed new hardware and need to install the device drivers. It is not recognized by itunes or my pc. Please help!!
Hello, all, my ipod touch is now working. Here's what happened...I called the tech support line and started going through the automated stuff. It started me with the reset which I had done numerous time. It then mentioned trying a different USB port. I figured it was a waste of time, but then I decided what the heck, so I tried the other usb port on the front of my pc. When I did this, it recognized the ipod in ituned and gave me a mssg that it needed to be restored. I clicked on the restore link, and minutes later it gave me an error message on the restore, and the ipod showed the apple on the sreen instead of the itunes logo with the usb cord. I then tried it back in the original usb port, and received the same windows prompt to try to install drivers that I had been getting all along. I put it back in the second USB port, and got the restore message again with it being recognized in itunes. This time it successfully completed the restore. I know it sounds simple, but if you have not tried a different USB port, be sure you do. Maybe the download jacked up my USB port? Anyway, I'm working again with the 2.2.1 download.
