If you are downloading .exe files, those are Windows programs, and will not run on your Mac unless you install Windows on it. (That is possible, if you need one of those apps.)

Why are there multiple accounts? Simply change the email address associated with the account when changing email accounts for whatever reason.
If you are no longer able to access the account and cannot log in using the Apple ID, contact iTunes Customer Support via Express Lane.

When using firefox on my MAC desktop the MAC toolbar with time, date, volumn ect. disappears. I want to be able to see it. How can I fix this?

While in firefox I am able to click on finder and see the missing toolbar. As soon as I go back to firefox it disappears.

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in full screen mode (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: Command+Shift+F).

You're ignoring context. On the old Apple Discussion Groups I never posted replies like that, instead giving people relatively detailed answers. go to the itunes store. select more in the bottom right select purchased. then press the cloud icon to DL striaght to the phone. Id use wifi. you can also DL into computer then synv over to phone.

Photoshop CS6 is blurry or pixilated on mac book with retina display

Hello,
I just upgraded to a 13" macbook with retina display. Now most of my apps have blurry or pixilated text. I can handle that in most cases, the real problem comes in with photoshop CS6. I've updated to the latest version using the help menu in photoshop, but that did not seem to fix the problem. I've also read the you can get info on the photoshop app and uncheck open in low resolution. The only problem is that when I try to do this, finder won't let me uncheck the box and the text is light gray.
Any suggestions?

InDesign has yet not came up with the retina display support update but yes we are going to have the support of retina display for most of the products eventually.

Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings.
This will return all iDevice settings to factory defaults... you will not lose any data.... But you will have to re-enter all of the device settings

On my website, in the logo, I have EmergeSense with a shadow. It shows up fine in Safari but not in Firefox ... how can I fix this

I created the layout and design of my webpage on MicroSoft Word and have been useing iWeb to actually create and publish it. In my logo I have the word EmergeSense and it has a shadow of the word behind and benath it. In Safari it shows up just fine but in FireFox it does not.
I do have screen shots of the two I could show you but I don't know to up-load them so you can see the difference. I would like it very much if my logo would show up correctly in Firefox but don't know how to approach the issue.

I've been using firefox with my Mac book. Yedsterday, I got a message to update from version 3.6 to 6.0 in 3 steps. Step 1 was to download version 6.0. It appeared on the list of downloads as Firefox 6.0 dmg. However Step 1 , which was to open the download, stopped at 79% of the download version. So I have not been able to update to version 6.0.

I want to make sure you're using the auto-update system, because that's the safest most reliable way to go, and it shouldn't appear in the download manager, so I lets make sure you're doing it right. <br/>

HT1040 I created a book, but in adding pages, somehow, the back cover and flap have now become pages, and there aren't and layouts now for the flap or back cover. How can I fix this?

I created a book in iphoto, and in the adding and deleting of pages, somehow the back flap and back cover are now showing as a page layout, and there isn't a back flap/cover anymore, and I can't seem to add it. I have spend hours on this project, is there a way to fix this without having to start all over?
