Where did you buy it?
If you bought it an Apple store less than 14 days ago in the U.S. (I believe its 28 for the U.K) you can return the phone for a full refund, and use the money towards the purchase of an iPhone 6, but you will have to pay the difference.
If you did not buy it an Apple store, you would need to contact the store you bought it at to inquire about its return policies.
Apple does not do exchanges though. If you are past the return period you will have to sell the iPhone 5s and use the money to buy an iPhone 6.

The manual does not show that feature natively for the iPod. Later iPhones and iPads have that feature natively. -

I just put snow leopard 10.6.8 on my macbook pro and I was told that I could purchase Apature for photo management- now its says I need a different version.... is there an older version I could get? so frustrating.

As mentioned above, I bought a MBP 13' 3 days agovthat has intel HD graphics 3000. I can run my school programs but it's super slow, so that defeats the purpose why I went to change my lappy. So i was wondering if i could exchange this 13' for the 15' one since it has a better graphics card. Do you think Apple will be able to do that? Since their policy is to make all customers happy with their purchase.
PS Im not so well informed about all these graphics card thing and thought Mac was good for designing stuff. And I bought in Singapore.

I have Internet through my router...I just can't set it up to be secured because I need a computer to install the disc that came with it....i don't have a computer right now....I was just trying to see if I could set it up to be secured using my iPad2.
