Unfortunately, adobe doesn't have photoshop elements 6 available for download, as far as i know, so your best bet is to either get an usb dvd drive or use an computer with a dvd drive and copy the contents of the pse 6 dvd to somethiing like
a flash drive and then copy the contents from that drive to your new computer.
Do you still have your older mac and it has a dvd drive?
You can share files between the two using airdrop or an ethernet cable.

You use a debit card just like you use a credit card in iTunes. You have to enter the card number, security code and billing address as you would with a credit card when you set up the ID. You can make changes to your payment method in your account at any time.
If you want to create an Apple ID without using a credit card you must first sign out of the Apple ID that you already created in Settings>Store>Your Apple ID.
But ...you will also need another email address now if you already created an Apple ID, because that first email address is now associated with that first ID that you created.
If you do have a debit card, you may just be better off entering that card information into your account and use that now. You don't need to even use the debit card if you can purchase iTunes gift cards and redeem those. I use iTunes gift cards exclusively now instead of using my credit card.

You can't move iTunes to iCloud. It can only run on your computer. You'll have to import the music from your flash drive to iTunes on your computer.

But I must point out that leaving the iPhoto Library on the external is worth considering. Your internal drive would be better off without having to carry the photos.
When you booted with the external connected and you were asked for the library, did you try navigating to the Library in on the external drive?

This depends, if the music was purchased on the iTunes store you can transfer purchases. If it was not then you would need a 3rd party program in order to rip these files to the computer.

Yes. Highlight each of the audiobook tracks that are appearing in the Music section of your iTunes library. Right ->click on them and choose Get Info. When the window pops up, click the Options tab. Here you will find an option for Media Type with a drop down list. Choose Audiobook from the drop down list.

Your computer will always recognise you iPhone somehow.
regarding iTunes you can plugin the iPhone, select it on the left end side of iTunes and go into the summary pan and you have the option to open or not automatically iTunes.
Regarding being recognised as a camera, you have an app called image capture, open it and on the bottom left conner you have the option to open iPhoto, image capture or none.
Hope that helps.
Now if you cannot sync with iTunes that's another issue.

Thank you for replying, but I don't quite understand. I don't need mobile internet at all times. I am hoping to bring my iPad and only use it in the hotel lobby which has wifi. I am trying to determine if it can be used to recieve and send email while in Istanbul as well as get on Skype. Also - will how to do this be apparent to me when I turn it on - or do I need to set any preferences (etc). And will Verizon apply any charges? I'm having the same issue and would like to get some help. I set up a second Apple TV in our bedroom and wanted to be able to control it using my iPhone like I do with the Apple TV in the living room. The new Apple TV is active on the network and I've made sure the same Apple ID is used for both the Apple TV as well as the Remote App on my iPhone. I'm just wondering what I might be overlooking.
