I just bought a new iphone. Can I freely trade this in for the 4S?
I just purchased a new iPhone 4 on July 31st. Now that the new 4S is released, can I trade it in since my phone is so new? If not, I basically get screwed if the new phone really is 7 times faster.

Actually it's not 7 times faster. It's actually 2x faster in CPU and 7x faster in graphics.
As was also mentioned above, all the iOS 5 Features will be on the iPhone 4 as well, with the exception of Siri, which is only available for the iPhone 4S.

My unlock button got to the point where it does not work literally 80% of the time. I've dealt with it throughout the past couple of months and I've been too lazy to lazy to go to the apple store.
I was planning on visiting the apple store about this issue and I've been told that I would be able to receive a brand new iphone 5 as long as I'm still under the warranty. I purchased the iphone 5 last year sept 10 (pre-order) and got it on Sept 21 i think....so I'm not sure which date is when my warranty will be over.
Is it possible if I can get a new iphone 5 and trade that in + the difference of iphone 5 and 5s and receive the 5s?

The i pod will synch purchased songs to the new library but that would mean losing most of my songs. I tried home share but that only showed the purchased songs too.
I would lie to un-synch the old laptop, de-authorise it and remove i tunes altogether as i want to give it away.
How do i un-synch a library to a particular pc and re synch it to the new one?That's not how it works. Authorising is for music purchased from iTunes, not for music you've imported from CDsor elsewhere. Music purchased form other suppliers would also not be subject to this authorising procedure.
Do you still have the old computer? If so, you need to copy the iTunes Library from that to the new computer. For example, in Windows XP, I would copy the My Music folder (which contains the iTunes Library, my Amazon MP3 purchases and album artwork) and put that onto an external drive. Then move the drive to the new computer and copy the copied folder onto the new machine thereby replacing the new machine's My Music folder. Then tell iTunes to look at the imported Library.
Obviously, you need to take into account that you have Windows 7 (where I assume the folder names may be different), any other places on you old machine where songs are located and so on. -
Just bought a new iPhone and am having trouble with iTunes and App Store. I can log in to Cloud, iTunes, and app store but once I try to download, it says "Youe apple id has been disabled". I've reset my password three times and have no issue on my Pad.

I have just bought a new iphone 4 as an upgrade to my iphone 3GS. How can I transfer all my apps including saved levels in games etc. and data and folders to the new iphone 4 and keep facetime etc on the new iphone 4. When I have done this for someone else they got all their data etc but lost the Face Time App and teh iphone 4 looked like the iphone 3 screen.

I just bought a new Iphone and when I connected it to itunes and I downloaded the backup from my last device, now I can't pass this step and every time I connect it to itunes is the same thing. And I can't download any app because problems with my account regarding the credit card but the information is correct and it says it is not!!!

I'm not clear on what you're saying about your backup. Are you saying that when you connect to iTunes it's asking you to restore from backup even though you already have?

Just bought a new iPhone and I can't back up to iCloud. The error message says "Not enough storage". When I go to Settings>iCloud, it gives me 2 devices, my old iphone 4s has 3.5GB, the new 4s has 0KB. When I go to delete the old backup the warning says "Do you want to turn off backup and delete all backup data from iCloud?" That is definitely not what I want to do. How do I keep my data from my old phone? All I am backing up are contacts and calendar, my photos have never been backed up on iCloud. Don't get why that is taking up all the storage.
Deleting the backup from your old phone only permanently deletes the backup from iCloud. It doesn't do anything to the data on your phone, or the iCloud data your are syncing with iCloud. If you no longer need the backup of your other phone you can go ahead and delete it to free up space in your iCloud account.

I suspect unless he had some items in iCloud backup then they are gone. Connecting an iPhone to a different library from that to which it was previously connected will result in the device asking if you want to erase it.

Just bought my new iPhone 5 yesterday. Love it. When I leave my house I can access Wi-Fi to get emails. Says can't receive email. Wants me to then to go to Cellular Data to turn on (which I can't because don't know my password). First, I live in a city and my Wi-Fi almost always works to get emails and shouldn't have to turn on cellular to get emails and 2nd, don't know my password. Is it my Apple ID password? The phone keyboard doesn't allow be to do a number or a !

You don't. Can you get into the iPhone at all or is it asking for a 4 digit passcode when you turn it on?
Edit: Reread your subject. So to Settings > General > Reset > Erase all Settings and Content. After that set it up on your computer as a new iPhone and it will transfer you Apple ID

Pictures are held in the iPhone backup. If you backup the old device just prior to the activation of the new one, then restore from that backup, the photos will be there. Music is in iTunes on the computer and when you do the restore, it will download the music from iTunes to the device during the restore. Make sure any music purchased on the iPhone that has not been transfered to iTunes on the computer is done before beginning the restore.

Ambient light sensors are not always perfect in their function. To test, go into darkened room, with screen OFF, Locked, tap Home button. Look at screen it should be normal for use in darkened room, turn on bright lights, the screen should brighten to help compensate. If your iPhone does not do this, then Restore iPhone with current iTunes on your computer. See if better. If still problem, make Genius reservation or set up Service and take or send to Apple for resolution under Warranty.

Online Monitoring not showing the graph
