I Just bought a scrabble game but it doesn't sit well in my IPad cars. It diets vertically so I can't recharge my ipad while I'm playing and it won't sit up in my IPad case, it refers when my iAd is sitting horizontally. D like to either be given instruction on how to turn or I'd like to exchange for a different Sctabble game that will sit the right way, for my IPad.

I have tried clicking all around and I cannot get to the contact manager at all anymore. Now when I click to it I go to My Verizon Online Sign In - Verizon Wireless (not sure if that link works here) and the web site says:

It certainly looks like an iPod Classic, and frankly, I didn't know they could be modified. Well, strictly speaking, it can because it does have an operating system - software that makes it work.
Anyway, while you wait to see if anyone more knowledgeable has an opinion about the skull, have you tried restoring the iPod. That's done by connecting it to your iTunes and using the Restore button that's on the Device/Summary pane. Have a search through the iPod Classic forum for Restore for more information.
By the way, all the links that I looked at concerning the skull (on the top right of this thread) are for the iPod Touch. But, as I said...

As Tom states, that's interlacing.
Interlacing was invented when the TV was born, to carry 1/5 the frame with each Hz of the electricity rating. In the US, that's why you use 30 fps (or 29.nnn) in the US and we use 25 fps in europe as the electricity is 60Hz/50Hz.
Interlaced video should ONLY (I repeat ONLY) be used for analog TV signal transports.
Each and every digital TV set today, including all the computer screens, is Progressive, updating the full frame at each screen refresh. And most TV's even refresh much quicker, newest TV's refresh a 800Hz..! (giving then problems with the newest LTE spectums..)
If your source media in interlaced, ask why! And stop shooting interlaced.. ;-)
If you have interlaced video, make sure you apply the DeInterlace setting when you import and transcode it.

1. Update iTunes to the latest version. Plug in your iPod. If iTunes still can't recognize it, then in iTunes in the top left corner click help> run diagnostics. On the box that comes up, check the last two things. Click next and it should identify your iPod.
2. Click on your windows start menu. Type in "services". Click on it and when it pops up, on the bottom of it click on "standard". Now Scroll down to find "Apple Mobile Device" Right click it when you see it and click on "Start". When it has started, close iTunes and replug in your iPod and it should show up.
3. Check the USB cable
4. Verify that Apple Mobile Device Support is installed
5. Restart the Apple Mobile Device Service and verify that the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is installed.
6. If you just want to add some photos, songs and movies from computer to your devices, you can use an iTunes alternative to do the job.
7. Check for third-party software conflicts.

First try reinstalling itunes.

iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

Once these steps are processed, attempt to accept the terms and conditions.
Also, you can make a purchase via the iTunes Store on the computer. This should allow you to bypass accepting the terms and conditions on the device.

Regardless of application, the first step that I take is to save and name the current document — even if it has no content yet. With Pages, this good habit enables autosave. Clean iPhone charging port with clean dry toothbrush. See if fixed. If not, and if there is Warranty or AppleCare make Genius reservation or set up service and take or send to Apple. If no coverage, clean again with toothbrush and small amount of Isopropyl Alcohol.

I ran the troubleshooter and did all the recommended fixes. Hours and hours later, I still have the same problem. I uninstalled itunes and all its folders, restarted the apple device services and changed the drive letter. Checked my security settings and everything else I can think of. - If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
