I just bought photoshop

I bought photoshop and stated download and it went into the install phase. After several steps I got a message INSTALLSHIELD WIZARD COMPLETED - Wizard interrupted before PS El 12 could be completely installed. System not modified. To complete installation please run setup again. How do I get to something that will allow me to run setup again?

The changes have brought improvements but also drawbacks compared with the old slideshow editor.
The templates are now fairly fixed but I find the “Classic Dark” gives reasonable results with some panning and you can click the audio button and browse you PC for any track. Unfortunately there are only three speed choices linked to the music track. The improvement for most people is that you can now export to your hard drive at 720p or 1080p and upload to sites like YouTube and Vimeo.

HI, I just bought Photoshop CS5 and I have a problem with HDR pro

HI, I just bought Photoshop CS5 and I have a problem with HDR pro . when I am trying to mount 3 images together it act in a strange way ( the images appear and disappear many times) then when the window with the result appear and I say ok it open up in photoshop as a single image ( in the layers there is just 1 photo) and when I am trying to work it up with the Plug in/filter HDR Effex Pro (Nik softwear) a pop up window appear saying that the file is missing and the operation it is not possible. Why and what is happening ? Someone can help me ?

This is normal operation. The output from HDR pro does not produce a layered file. You make all your adjustments in the Nik Plug-in. Once Nik has finished you then make any rinal changes in Photoshop. Trying to use NIK again on the image in Photoshop is not the way to do this.
When HDR pro comes up do you see all the presets and controls? Presets on the left and controls on the right

Just bought Photoshop and it isn't working

I just bought photoshop today and it is not working. When I open it, it stays open for about thirty seconds and then a window pops up that says "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." and then it exits out. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as restarting my computer. Nothing has worked. I'm currently on hold with customer support.... but I've been on hold for about half an hour. I'm really frustrated considering I just bought this.... Lightroom is working fine.

Click Start.
On the Start menu, click Run.
In the Open box, type "dxdiag" (without the quotation marks), and then click OK.
The DirectX Diagnostic Tool opens. Click the Display tab.
On the Display tab, information about your graphics card is shown in the Device section. You can see the name of your card, as well as how much video memory it has.
Once you know the kind of graphics card you have, visit the manufacturer's website to download the latest driver. Here are links for downloading drivers from the most common graphics card manufacturers:

To go from the Trial version to your subscribed version, you have to sign in with the Adobe ID and password on your CC account.

Let us go through the usual drill on this...Premiere Elements 13 on Windows 8.1 (assumed 64 bit)
1. Are you running the program from a User Account with Administrative Privileges? Go to Local Disk C/Program Files/Adobe/Adobe Premiere Elements 13, find the Adobe Premiere Elements.exe file, right click it, select and apply Run As Administrator from the pop up menu that appears, and then double click that file to determine if you can open the program from it.
2. Does the problem issue exist with and without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
3. Are you working with a pen and tablet device instead of a mouse?
4. How many video cards/graphics cards do you find under Device Manager/Display Adapters, what card name, driver date and up to date version number?
When you say it will not run...how far into the program do you get...
a. no further than the Welcome Screen and Video/New Project
b. other
If non of the above gets us anywhere, we may go for
a. deletion of the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file and, if necessary, the whole 13.0 Folder in which it exists
and, if necessary, then
b. the uninstall, free ccleaner run through, and reinstall with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled.
Details to follow if needed.
We will be watching for your results and then decide what next.

I just purchased Photoshop Elements 12 last week (9/17/2014), after using the 30-day trial and now see that PSE 13 has been released. Is there a free upgrade available for people in my situation? Who would I need to contact at Adobe?

Just bought photoshop cc but still can't access it?

My free trial of Photoshop CC expired around a week ago, and tonight I bought the Creative Cloud Photography plan (1 year prepaid). However, when I go to open up Photoshop it still just opens up Adobe Application Manager and tells me my trial has expired and gives me the option to either "Join Now" or "License This Software". I tried restarting with no luck, looked under Apps>Desktop on my account and clicked download for Photoshop and followed that through only to have it tell me again that my trial has ended. Am I missing something? Was I supposed to receive a serial number with my purchase or something to license it with or what?

Try opening your Cloud desktop app, signing out then signing in again.
