That is normal for purchasing apps for a device not previously associated with your Apple ID.

Did you buy an unlocked phone? If not, then only the carrier to which it is locked to can unlock the phone.

Try a Reset... press the home and sleep/lock buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.

If you aren't receiving password reset emails and your security questions don't work, someone has hijacked your account.
This happened to me.
You need to use Expresslane to contact iTunes support to regain access to your account ASAP.

Nope.
Did you fail to import them before restoring from backup? If so, then they are gone.
You should import all photos taken with the iphone to your comuter regularly as you would with any digital camera, most especially before any update or restore.

It starts on step 1 of 7, but when it gets to step 2 it says restarting and starts all over. Be careful - there's a difference between update and upgrade. Your machine is saying there are no updates available, meaning no later versions of OS X 10.5 (Leopard). However, you can very likely upgrade - at least to OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard), and possibly then to OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion).
Updates are free, but upgrades cost a bit. That's the dirference.

I know this sounds really basic, but did you remove the protective plastic film? I was going to leave mine on for protecting the screen and had the same issue. I removed it as it was the source of the problem.

Please enter a U.S. credit card and matching billing address." Help. Info is correct! I even tried to copy and paste it from my bank website and the message still pops up??? I am having the same problem...no verification email. It's kind of ridiculous to get a new iPhone and I can't even get it set up properly because I am waiting for a verification email for hours... GRRRR. I have asked for it to be resent several times.
