I just brought my replacement iPhone home.  I left the store as it was rebooting and told that it would finish at home.  There is no way to access wifi as the reboot is stuck at around 7% .  I have cabled it to the iMac in hopes of at least getting

Try resetting the iPhone: Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds).
