i have contacted 3 online and also been into a 3 store they tried mysim in their handset and it worked but when on of the workers tried theyre sim it said "no service" as usual? they said the phone reads the sim because it asked for the workers sim code?

Apple didn't lock the phone, and you'll be waiting until kingdom come of you think that Apple will unlock it.
Only the carrier to which a phone is locked can authorize the unlocking. -
On my new iPhone 4s, I periodically get a "Sim failure" message and I loose my Verizon connection. To get service back, I need to shut down my phone and restart it.
Have you tried removing and replacing the SIM? If that doesn't work, try a new SIM from Verizon, they will usually swap them out for you for free. If those don't work, you might need to get the phone checked out, it may have a bad SIM port.

I can't answer security questions because I dont remember the security questions. i did this a while ago i honestly dont remember. i tried to contact support but they just told me what you just told me.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of doing so include clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.

sprints customer care line didn't give me the exact error code but he simply stated that the error said it wasn't on their network. Is it even remotely possible to get my iphone 4s on their network? I just purchased a new iPhone and I am not able to get into my iCloud. When I plugged it into my computer, I used iTunes to get my phone up and running. Well it gave me my old apple ID as my info. Now I cannot get into anything because I don't remember my old password and when I go to the website to recover my password it is of no help cause I don't remember any security questions(over 8 years old) and that email account don't even exist anymore. Now when I go to try I cloud on my new phone all it keeps doing is trying to verify my old iTunes and won't let me use my new apple ID to sign in it keeps sAying to type in my old password from my old apple ID that I just don t have. Can anybody help me?

Just bought a new iPhone and am having trouble with iTunes and App Store. I can log in to Cloud, iTunes, and app store but once I try to download, it says "Youe apple id has been disabled". I've reset my password three times and have no issue on my Pad.

As it is a work phone I need to use this email address as my Apple ID. How do I do this?
when you open the app store scroll down to the bottom it will display the apple id currently in use, change it to your normal apple id email

i have been using apple iphone five s since five month i am happy with it but recently my iphone have some problem with its ear pices then i went to apple service center in abu dhabi
they took my phone for one day and tell me come for next day all will be okey
when i went to next day they say that your iclould account has been locked by apple so you need to wait for one week time
i have already a week and now when i went to meet them today they said just wait till apple reply to them and they are still waiting for that
what the disgusting situation can any one wait to have their phone for fifteen days in this world
such a well known company might not be given such a poor service

Please tell us what kind of computer you have, what operating system and what version of iTunes. Not just "the latest version of iTunes", the exact version number.

i called rogers and asked them about this and they said its a ios 4.3.3 problem i called apple and they were like too bad. we dont know theres a problem and its all over google if u look for it its making my phone very hard to use for work thinking about going back to my htc phone if this doesnt get fixed soon

Why does everyone assume Apple has to fix the issue, quite honestly, when a call drops there is no way to tell which end it got dropped on or if the network simply dropped the call. -

You don't. Can you get into the iPhone at all or is it asking for a 4 digit passcode when you turn it on?
Edit: Reread your subject. So to Settings > General > Reset > Erase all Settings and Content. After that set it up on your computer as a new iPhone and it will transfer you Apple ID

The device is locked to Verizon wireless not a Russian cell provider.
You can use Verizon here in the states. Get a Verizon Sim.
In out of the country use, pop in that Sim and it should work. However Verizon does not unlock for use in the USA.
And you must be a Verizon customer to get it unlocked to use in other countries. Apple claims it will work in other countries.
