I just cant get it to 300 htt! aargg

Hi!
i got a bit of a problem. I would really like my cpu to run at 2.4ghz@300x8. But it wont work!
So far I got it to 290x8 and it seems stable. Ran superpi 6 times + 3dmark01.. When I set it to 300x8 I cant start the computer. And have to reset cmos.. i have tried to give it more vcore.. but it doesnt helps..

The Nvidia chipset dosn't perform half multipliers as you might expect. It actually reduces the FSB and rounds the multiplier up .You can see this with the likes of memtest as the memory speed reduces in line with the reduction in FSB. Unfortunately the bios reflects the CMOS data, not what the chipset is doing with it. So CPUz, everest etc, can show differing data depending upon how they derive the inormation displayed.

I just cant get this iPod to sync my iPhoto library

Hey, I am getting kinda frustrated here...I am able to sync my music and so on, but when I try to sync my iphoto library I get ( THIS IPOD CANNOT BE SYNCED, REQUIRED FILES CANNOT BE FOUND ) ..
mind you, when I sync photo's from my picture album, everything shows up from there ..So why isnt my iphoto library syncing ?it's itunes and iphoto and a ^%$#@& ipod! why doesnt it work?
Please help me cause I tried everything and apple doesnt even give me a half fast answer ....
all they tel me is well we have had a few people call with the same issue and I asked , so what did you tell them, and I get nonsense, they just decided to work on it cause there's no apple store in their neck of the woods !

it's an 80 gb ipod and Im on a intel based mac running leopard .all my software is up to date..evrything is as it should be .EXCEPT FOR MY IPOD !

Okay guy's, I figured out whats wrong and I worked down the line and found that if I just synced folder by folder, one by one ..I would see where it's going wrong.
and I did, Some of the photo s I have in iPhotoin those particular events were edited in different apps and so on. several times I estimated ..
So in short, if any of you guy's remember editing your photo's over and again , it just screws up the metadata and doesnt allow it to be reconized after imported into iPhoto.
so I found all my original pics and not the ones in the iphoto library but the ones I have stored in an external camera drive, and reimported them into iPhoto and then edited as much as I wanted and it workes just fine now..

I just cant get ichat to work/connect at all

everytime i enter my password it says it is wrong, then i change it and it still says it is wrong, i revert back to the original - still wrong. i tried downloading the memobile update and it gets halfway and says 'close mail before continuing' - i close every other application open and press 'continue' (for the update) but the box doesnt go away and carerys on saying 'close mail before continuing'. it is a nightmare.....am i doing something wrong? any ideas or suggestions? thanks in advance. im using leopard.

With MobileMe taking over from @Mac.com it seems that the AIM servers can not keep up with the numbers of people adding their Names and there is a delay in some being recognised.
With the @mac.com system you could actually create Passwords that were longer than were accepted by the AIM servers.
I would expect the same issue to arise here as well.
I have a trial @£mac account that is of some age now and it can still Log in.
I have not gone for a trial MobileMe account as I will likely forget to cancel it before the period is Up and I don't want another iChat name right now.
I am sure that some of this is the amount of name changes regarding ICHat and the AIM servers.
I am sure the password character limit of 16 characters is an issue for some.
On the whole it may be just a question of time before things settle down.
I know nothing of the Mail issues as I said I have not tried the new System.

Just cant get Cool'n'Quiet to work...

I have my computer in the same room as my bed so at night Cool'n'Quiet would be awsome but the thing is I can't get it to work and I don't get why
I have done this
1. Enable Cool'n'Quiet in BIOS
2. Installed AMD Athlon 64 processor driver (tried 2 versions v1.1.0.0 that was on the mobo driver cd and v1.2.2.0)
3. In Power Options I have tried everything except for "Home/Office Desk" and "Always On" as it says in the Cool'n'Quiet faq
and it's still not working, what am i doing wrong or is it a broken mobo or maybe cpu?
I contacted msi about this and got this in reply

As a Test:
Hold down the option (or alt) key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library'
Import a few pics into this new, blank library. Is the Problem repeated there?

Cant get my head round delimited files

hey guys i have been trying to sort this out for ages but i just cant get it to display correctly just wondering if any one could help
Create a comma delimited file for example:
     Smith, Jon
     Bloggs, Fred
     Jones, Anne
Then simply read each item of data and display it to look like this:
     Jon Smith
     Fred Bloggs
     Anne Jones
i have made a .txt files with the names in but i cant get them to display like it ask me to i can get rid of the comma and move the text around but i cant get it in that order

i have displayed them so that they display on the same line just havin trouble swaping them around

nearly 24 hrs pulling my hair out before trying to figure out why a
query wasnt working, so i'm pretty sure its not that.
i havent added anything to the query apart from the date/time
column name.

New to wireless Cant get airport express to join airport extreme network

So... I just got this MBP yesterday along with airport extreme and airport express. I got the base station set up i just cant get the express to connect for the life of me... help anybody? Everything is in range i know that for a fact. I just cant get it configured and i already looked on the airport express support page and followed the instructions and i still can't get it. :-/

i just cant get the wireless to work.
and when i try the software we get the following....

Click on the Wireless tab on the Setup page- Here Wireless Network mode
should be mixed- Provide any non linksys network name ....
Name (SSID) box- Set wireless channel to 11- And wireless SSID
broadcast should be Enabled and then click on "Save Settings" >>Now
Click on the Sub tab under wireless > "Wireless Security" Change the
Wireless security mode to "WEP"...and put a 10 have a note of the key ... click save settings ...
Click on Advanced Wireless
settings>>Change the Beacon Interval to 75 >>Change the Fragmentation
Threshold to 2304 Change the RTS Threshold to 2304 >>Click on "Save Settings"
On your wireless Computer...Selected the network.... type the right security key.... and you will be able to go online.
