I just cant put my pictures on it!!!!!
I used to have one of the first generations of iPod Nanos, but it was stolen from me. Id mastered the consepts of it, and got alot of use out of it and it was a part of my everyday life, so i saved up and bought a referbish iPod Video. Ive gotten the hang of it, but for awhile have been iffy about putting my pictures on. Now that ive got aroung 38 videos, 1 movie, 27 podcast, 8 music videos and around 300 songs ive barly scratched the memmory's surface.
So i sat down and tried to put on my photos. I selected 4 files of pictures, 1 is digital photos(241pics), 1 is little display pictures(936pics), 1 is cute little characters(36pics) and the last is Blends(258pics)
I understand im trying to put around 13-15 thousand pictures on, but they cant take up 25.60GB can they?
What could be wrong???

I haven't suggested doing anything "for no reason".
But the reason would be is because your iPod is not working properly with iTunes and you want to get photos onto it.

My iTunes says its syncing but when i look at my iPod it doesnt say "Do Not Dissconnect".
That's what it's supposed to say when it it syncing.
Untick Sync photos and then retick Sync photos.
Tick Manually manage music and then untick it.
Then untick Enable disk use.
Have you Restored the iPod?
Have you tried putting the iPod into Disk mode and then connecting it?

well, the video is probably in a format that iTunes doesn't recognize. Convert it using an application like Handbrake.

I just down loaded itones to my computer, then bought a bunch of music. How do I add the songs to my mp3 player. When I go to "file" and then devices the button that says sync isn't availlible to push, so I cant put the music on my mp3??? Help
itunes will only sync with an ios device.
On the other hand, if you have a usb cord for your mp3 player, and you know what FOLDER your itunes music is located in (and for me its located at C:\Users\YOUR NAME HERE\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media )
you can just select that folder and copy it to your mp3 player.
typically when you first plug in something like an mp3 player you get a windows alert asking if you want to view the contents of the device- say yes. copy your itunes folder to the music folder on your mp3 player. -

I accidently put the same keyword in all pictures. How to back off from that and just having the right pictures marked?
Once more after some thinking: I have a Lightroom backup from jan 5th. It seems better to use this, but how do I do to force LR to start from the latest backup?

I'm not a Mac user so can't speak specifically about using Time Machine but if it is possible to get to an earlier version of the Lightroom Catalog then I would try that, yes. Backups are another way of doing this. Just make sure you make a copy of your current Catalog before replacing it with another one.

I have itunes on the pc new version my partners old iphone is still recognised on it and need to delete that account off it dont know how
secondly I plug my iphone 4 into the laptop and I cant see any pictures just my songs even after I have backed it up
thirdly cant delete songs that are not on my iphone anymore click on it press delete on keyboard and doesnt go just want to put my new songs on and make sure my pics are backed up onto the itunes!!!!!Copy everything from the old computer or your backup copy of your old computer, to your new one.

I apologize if you are getting frustrated with me. Please know I am working very hard on this. Learning Java in just a few weeks to me is impossible so I wil take all the help i can get. I updated and now cant edit my pictures
I downloaded the newst update for lightroom and now I cant edit my pictures. There is a question mark and it says that my photo is missing. When i click on the question mark it says that the picture cannot be used because the original file cannot be found. It gives me the option to find the original but it is not working and will only let me do it one picture at a time! If anyone can help...please please help me...im devastated right now
What version of LR did you upgrade from and to? Is this a version upgrade from LR 2.x to LR 3.5, or just an update from LR 3.4 to LR 3.5?
To better guess what could have happened, for one of the photos you have relocated, can you tell us where LR used to think the photo should be and where is it really, now, in terms of the drive-letter or server/share and folder path?
Is the difference the drive-letter like D: changed to E: or is the difference the folder-path, like C:\Documents and Settings\...\My Pictures\Lightroom changed to C:\Users\...\Pictures\Lightroom, or is it just the difference in casing from the old path to the new path, like C:\MY PICTURES to C:\My Pictures? Are you on a Mac or a PC? -
How do I put a picture in an email
I want to put a pdf in an email, but not as an attachment, I want the email to open and the picture to all ready be there..just dont know how, thanks for your help
Thank you Dan! I understand all that. What I don't get is that when I send an email to someone, the only way I can figure to put a picture in the email is by either dragging it onto the body of the email where I want to place it (which makes it an attachment) or I can use the Attach File from the File menu or the Attach button at the top of my composing window.
I get emails all the time the look like a regular html web page with formatting and inline photos and graphics and they never show up in my email as having attachments. This is what I want to do. So, how does one place, insert, paste as html, or other wise put an image into an email so that it has formatting and does not show up as having an attachment when someone else receives my email.
I am a photographer and the biggest reason I am asking the question is that I want to send out an email that includes an image inline in the body of the email so that the recipient will not trash the email before opening it because it has an attachment or their spam filter intercepts it and trashes it because it has an attachment.

How do I put a picture in the background on Pages
I must be having a senior moment! In the past I have made a poster in Pages and put a picture in the background and text over the top.
I have just tried to do it again and can't for the life of me remember how to do it. I do have a new version of Pages which has confused me slightly.
Any help would be much appreciated.
