I just changed my I tunes ID to reflect a new email address and made some new purchases. Now when I go to my library all my previous downloads are missing (over 30 gig worth!). What's going on?

not to mention... some of the albums are missing songs and some of the songs are pair with different ablum art and under different artist. My Itunes library is a mess now

Unsure how to update apps now that it goes back to an old apple id instead of the new one?
If all you did was update the Apple ID and not create a new one, then go to Settings, Store, sign out of your Apple ID and sign into the new one. The apps should recognize the update. If you created a new Apple ID, then you have a problem. The apps that are on the phone are connected to the old ID and would need that to update. Apple ID accounts cannot be combined.

I have a new email address and was successful in changing the information online but cannot change it on my iPhone 4S or iPad. When I try to fix the problem it requires me to create a new password and now I can't remember that either.
To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. When you do this you may find that the password for your old ID isn't accepted. If this should happen, and if your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, you need to temporarily recreate your old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

I just bought a new macbook pro and my CS6 migrated, but now when I open existing documents, it launches a free trial version. There doesn't appear to be a way to enter my serial number or communicate that I simply have a new computer. HELP! There is no customer support for this. I can't believe what a poor service company Adobe is!!
The problem was that you migrated CS6. Unfortunately, migration doesn't work because it doesn't move all the files.
First, you'll need to use the Adobe Cleaner Tool to remove the components that were installed:

How on earth do I update my Apple ID to my new email address? I keep getting moved to 'change my password' sites, but I have a new email address and need to update my Apple. Frustrated!!
Firstly, if you have 'Find My iPhone/iPad/iMac' enabled on any of your devices, turn it off.
Create a new email address, for example at Yahoo or Gmail, or anywhere convenient (or you can use an existing address as long as it has never been associated with an Apple ID).
Go to http://appleid.apple.com and click 'Manage your Apple ID'. Sign in with the current ID.
Where it says 'Apple ID and primary email address' and gives your current ID email address, click 'edit'.
Enter your new address and click 'Save changes'.
Now you will need to go to each of your devices and sign out in System Preferences (or Settings)>iCloud - 'Sign out' on a Mac, 'Delete this account' on an iOS device (this will not delete the account from the server).
Then sign back in with your new ID. Your iCloud data will disappear from your devices when you sign out, but reappear when you sign back in.
I re-iterate: before you start, turn off 'Find My Mac' (or whatever) or you will need the services of Support. -
I recently changed my email address and updated my password. However, when I connect my iPhone 4 it defaults to my old email address which is no longer valid. How do I get my phone to recognize my updated email address and how do I now change the iPhone 4 to recognize the new address? I wish to delete all reference to the old address. Here is a procedure that should help.
1. Go to "Settings"
2. Go to "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"
3. Click the account you don't want anymore
4. Go to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
5. Confirm the deletion
6. Go back to "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" (if you're not there already)
7. Add your new account -

If your new email address is an Apple-related email account (e.g., Mobileme account), you will get the 'email is already in use' message. If this is the case, you cannot consolidate your old Apple ID with your new one. I (and many others) have ran into this same issue.
If this is indeed the cause of your problem, I recommend that you start using your new Apple ID exclusively. If you made a considerable number of purchases under your old Apple ID (i.e., through iTunes), you will still have to log in under your old ID for that account.
Hopefully, one day Apple will allow us to consolidate accounts.

What id shows in Settings > iTunes & App Store ? If it's the old one then tap on it and log out of it and then log in with the updated version

My i Could ID has an old email address as the user name, my Apple ID has been updated to my new email address as the user ID.
i CLoud shows how to change the PW but not the UID. MY MAC Mini shows everyday that there is a problem, but yet the cloud seems to play my music fine.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Just log out of the current account and create a new account and merge your data when prompted. You might be better exporting your data from calendars and contacts to your desktop before you start so you have a back up.
