I just did the update 6.0 for my iPad 2 and YouTube is no longer an app.

I just downloaded the 6.0 update for my iPad 2 and YouTube is no longer an app installed on the iPad. That app I spent most of my free time on and want it back. Is there any way to get it back or at least suggest it to apple.

You can suggest it to Apple all you want, but given that Apple has been getting rid of everything Google-related lately (that's why iOS 6 has a new non-Google maps app)...
Aside from the new YouTube app from Google, you can still use YouTube in Safari and save a home screen icon for it.
