I just down loaded a ring tone to my iphone 5s. It loaded to my music file. How do I attach it to my ring tones?

Tap Settings / General / Sounds / Ringtone. Tap the ringtone you want to use.

Can I change the file path that itunes reads my music files from? 65000 files trying to be transferrd from external to internal HD. I dont want itunes to manage my collection, just read it. thanks

I have about 65000 music files that i have transferrd from my external to a new laptop internal HD.
I have organised the folders myself as I use a PC and do not want itunes to organise the folders because when I'm searching through music on windows it is sorted out by artists/albums with 'the...(eg The Beatles)' under 'T' instead of 'B'.
Long story short.... Is there any way that I can keep my itunes library as it is on the external HD and copy it to the new laptops C drive, keep all the info (playlists etc) and still have the same folder structure as on the external HD?
Or, is there any way of making windows sort things in alphabetical order like it is in itunes (eliminating the 'the' issue)?

The files that weren't inside the media folder on the original machine need to be copied over to exactly the same paths as they had on the source machine. See this thread for an ongoing discussion of a similar problem. See also this post on migrating the iTunes library.

As soon as you insert a CD (assumng you have a drive), iTunes should immediately open and ask if you want to add this to your Library. Say "Yes." (You haven't set the quality levels yet, but we want to set up your library, first.)
Music. If you have individual tracks you want to import, keep iTunes open, and simply drop the tracks in the "Songs" part of the Library on the left side of the screen. The tracks should be added automatically.
If this isn't working for you, please describe the error -- or better yet, provide screenshots. I'm certain you will be able to set up your iTunes library pretty quickly.

I had the same problem and was able to fix it. Go to your iTunes and click on the Tones folder on the left under library. Some of my ring tones had an exclamation mark next to it and those were the ones that did not sync. You have to click on those and find it in your computer. Once the exclamation mark is gone, go to Tones section of your device in iTunes, make sure you select the tones you want synced, and click apply. I hope that helps you!

How do I create a local AIR app that loads a network resource that loads a network resource?

Ok, when you think about it, what I'm trying to accomplish
isn't that difficult, yet I'm running into security sandbox
violations all over the place.
Here's the scenario:
- I have a network-enabled SWF that lives in a web server,
that pulls external content via the network. That part works fine
when you run it as itself.
- THEN, I have an AIR application that is nothing but a
"stub" that loads that network-enabled SWF from a web server, that
in turn is supposed to pull the external content from the network.
It seems easy: I don't want to have to bundle up that same
main SWF as an AIR application as that would create two code bases
to maintain should there be any future bug fixes. Count that
against countless installs on both the web-version and the desktop
version, and there's lots of variables. So I just wanted the AIR
application to pull that single SWF off the server and have it do
its work, independent of the AIR application.
However, the problem I'm running into is:

There was a previous instance of that same error that
referenced Stage, but I solved that by wrapping the main function
in an if (stage) {}, so this is the next error on the list. I have
a feeling that if I've encountered these two errors already, there
are more lined up behind them.

Is there a reasonable solution to this without changing the

Loading an external swf that loads an object from url

i am trying to load an external swf that in turn automatically loads an object. i want the external swf to only be loaded once the object is loaded in it. right now it loads the external swf first and then the external swf loads the object specified at a url...

Hi,
They may be doing some checking of the user agent information the web browser sends and handling Safari incorrectly. Try changing the user-agent to, say, Firefox 3.0.5 and see if you can then access the page.
To change the user agent, you need to enable the Develop menu. This can be done via the Advanced section of the Safari preferences. In the new menu that appears at the top of the screen, you can then select an alternate user agent.
This setting only lasts as long as the tab remains open, so everytime you open a new tab you will need to change that setting from the default.
If that does help, send feedback to the bank about their site not working correctly with Safari. The only browsers they recommend are Netscape 4.5 and IE 5.0 which are both about 10 years out of date

FF4.0 hangs, so I wanted to rollback to FF3.6.17. But when I attempt to install, it also crashes, with error message that it's a corrupt file. What's the solution? I'm about to leave Firefox if I can't find one!

Downloaded two ringtones on my 4s that are now in my music library. How do I move them to my ringtones and alerts.

it's very easy, I have just started using iphone 4, and have struggled with lots of things. Go to Apps store and search for Free Ringtone Maker it's made by Wondershare Software Co and it's free. It's not compatible with Lion. It may also not work with iphone 5 although I dont know.
Install it and open it follow simple instruction to drag your choice onto its page and click. It really is that easy, then go to your sounds page on iphone and it will be at thwe top in a new heading called CUSTOM.
I am using iphone 4gs with 4.2 os so it defo works with these or lower models. Hope this helps
PS it stays on your mac not on your iphone, thats why you drag from itunes then do a new sync to your phone.

I uninstalled Apple Application Support, opened iTunesSetup with WinRar, and went down the list of msi's. AppleApplicationSupport was an install, all the others I did Repair. Did not have to reboot. Works okay now.

Ringtones load to music file how can i send them to the right place?

When I use a ringtone app on my ipad it sends the ringtone to my music lib. I cant drag drop it to ringtone file- WHATS THE PROBLEM?

I found out what the problem was. I had to click "Bookmarks" and then "Show All Bookmarks"--this brought me to the "Library" window and from there I was able to restore my old bookmarks. I'm running Firefox 25.0 (which I just downloaded today), so I don't know if that would have made any difference to your particular instructions.
However, I finally managed to get things straightened out and will mark this particular problem as "solved." Thanks for your assistance.

Now that I have my .M2T file, how do I bring back to PE7 and burn BluRay Disc?

I had an earlier thread regarding encoding and locking up at 97%. Since then I rendered the project out to viewing on a PC or creating a DVD. Now that I'm at that point I can't figure out how to bring back to PE7 and burn to BluRay. Any thoughts?

Not quite sure I understand. All you need to do is re-import the file using Get Media> From Files and folders. Then place the clip on the timeline, add disc menu markers and then Share>To Disc and select the Bluray option, after having added the menu.
