I just downloaded Acrobat and it won't work. Why won't it work? I keep having it quit unexpectedly when I try to launch it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've tried restarting my computer.  Any suggestions? I fit all they system requirements.

What operating system are you on? If your issue isn't related to your subscription being in a pending state (as I discussed in your other post), we'll look closer at what's going on with your system. But, I suspect you're going to be fine once your order finishes processing.

    This is what appears when I try and access FaceTime, does anyone have any answers as to how I can fix this. I was told by some working at Apple that I should delete the plist file and then restart my computer however it made no difference so I 'put back' the file from my trash but it still won't work.     Restart the computer in safe mode. Certain caches maintained by the system will be rebuilt.
    Safe mode is much slower to start up than normal. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.

    I'm getting an error message whenever I try to open either Quicktime or iTunes saying that the application quit unexpectedly. The error report (for both Quicktime and iTunes) says (amongst other things):

  • Just downloaded Firefox and love it, but my scroll feature doesn't work in this browser. Can this be turned on?

    I cannot scroll by running my finger along the mouse. I must move over to the sidebar and pull it down. My scroll setting is still turned on within system preferences. Is there a way to turn scrolling on within Firefox? Thanks.

    My iTunes is not allowing me to download music, I enter my password which is correct and it says 'unknown error' and just gives me the option to retry or cancel and then still doesn't work.

    Thanks for this mha007 - I can now open FF with a new profile. Can I copy my settings from the old profile or will this bring over the same problem, maybe a corrupt file. If it would bring the same problem, is there any way I can check which file is corrupt, apart from taking them over one by one?

    I Just downloaded Acrobat Pro after trial and now I can't open any files, when I click on icon I get this message: the last time you opened Acrobat, it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows.  Do you want to try to reopen its window again? If you choose not to reopen windows, you may have to open and position the window yourself.  There are 2 options: Don't Reopen or Reopen  Either choice leads to a window that pops upend says please wait while we launch Acrobat and then window just closes quickly.

    Select the Acrobat pro and chose the option change from the top. Fallow the onscreen instruction a windows will pop up where you need to choose repair.

    Autocad 2012 is NOT Mavericks compatble.
    So, you either need to find and pay for an upgrade AutoCad 2013 which is compatible with OS X Mavericks or pay to upgrade to AutoCad 2014.
    If you have a cloned backup of your previous system before upgrading to Mavericks, it would have been easy to revert back to your previous OS X version.
    If you don't have a previous backup, your only option, now, is to create a backup of your system and important data , now, to an external hard drive. Once you have a backup, you need to purchase and clean install OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion (if you haven't purchase Mt. Lion already).

    AutoCad 2012 is compatble with OS X 10.8. You'll have to reinstall all of your applications including AutoCad.

    Need your help again please. Done the install "eventually" now trying to register the product with the product name and the serial number for the product. However in the drop down box there is no option of the Adobe Acrobat Professional XI - Upgrade
    the error message coming back to me is "the serial number is not a for qualifying product . Please try another.

    1.spotlight search isn't doing anything. Literally not searching anything. Just a plain search bar

    3. iTunes just crashes when I go on it so I can't download any of my music.
    I've tried resetting, rebooting etc.
    Kinda wish I hadn't upgraded to this software as I need my pad working for uni.
    Any way to fix these things or back to the shop it goes. I'd rather have my money back than keep something that isn't doing what it's supposed to do.
