I just downloaded an app to my curve and dont know how exactly to use it ... help ?!
i downloaded eOffice and also filescout to my phone so i could download some documents to my phone but im not exactly a phone person and lets say smart enough to figure this out myself.. someone help please..
how do i open documents from my pc on my phone ? how do i download them .. or get them on to my phone ?
They are ios apps, sorry for not specifying. I just went to my iPad, then iTunes and they show up there. Under the apps it says "install' But when I do that it says the app requires ios 6.0 or later and only have 5.1.1. When I read the requrements on the app on the iTunes store on the computer it said it only required 3.1. Anyway, can I put ios 6.0 on an iPad 2 and more important will ios 6 slow down or not run smoothly on the iPad 2? Thanks.

hello,i have a macbook pro and i just recently downloaded facetime, and now i cant use it, it says An internal FaceTime error occurred,i dont know how to fix it, please help.
If your webcam is powered by USB, make sure it is attached directly to your Mac and not a USB hub. In my case, I had my Rocketfish webcam attached to a peripheral USB hub and it wasn't drawing enough power to operate at capacity. Therefore, Facetime was quitting on me and giving me that exact error message. Once I attached the webcam directly to my Mac USB port, problem solved. Hope that helps.

when i hooked up my ipod to my computer and opened itunes it wouldnt connect to it. therefore i cant add music. why wont it show up, or sync? i just got the itunes update also so i dont know how to add music to my ipod if it changed.

I was downloading apps that i deleted and my 4th generation froze. So i turned it off and restarted it and nothing happened. It is just showing me the apple screen after you restart it. I dont know what to do please help!
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order. -
i am wondering if anyone can tell me how to go about getting a refund on my account with itunes for apps i have been billed twice for. this has happened befor and u used to be able to gointo purchases and report a problem and they would take care of it. now we have to go thru all these bells and whistles to just get a minor problem fixed.....how frustrating is that !!!!!!!!!

Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you. -

And as to your complaint, you don't need to wait for the receipt. Just look in your Purchase History; that will give you the order number. Then go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.
Note as well that a refund is by no means guaranteed. The terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final, so the iTunes Store may well refuse, though in my experience they try to be accommodating whenever they can.

This service is terrible I couldnt download an in app and now I have to keep looking for advise among other users just because apple does not have a regular customer service where I can report this problem... this is really dissapointing...

I have recently wanted to add some apps to my ipod touch, which ive never done befor..I went to the itunes store and clicked on apps and chose a few free ones and it seems like its in my library but wont sync to my ipod and they wont open onto my computer either....what do i do?

Default apps are part of the iOS and cannot be deleted. Search all home screens and all folders and/or search for it with Spotlight, that will tell you what folder it's in.
Also check Settings > General > Restrictions to see if it has been restricted.
If not found, Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout. -
I own a copy of creative design premium 5 and my new laptop doesnt have a disk drive..... How do I download for site... My serial numbers are on file in my adobe account.... I need to reinstall it to this computer because I have had to reset it. I have tried to download it but it is telling me that I am denied access.

what your mac does, it creates a complete image of your iphone storage - this is what is used when you hit the magical "restore my iphone form backup" button in itunes...
great feature, but eats a ton of space, because your iphone is literally backed up on your mac and icloud.
I always download and wipe movies form my touch as soon as i take them and keep only select older pictures on it. that's where photostream comes in handy to show the most recent ones...
