I just downloaded Awesome Weather Clock and it is not what was represented, any way of getting refund?

I have wasted a lot more than the $1.99 to buy the Awesome Weather Clock app but I do not like getting scammed. This app does not do anything that is claimed and all support is in Chinese. Any suggestions on, is there any way of getting a refund? Is there a way of warning others not to download? this app should be pulled as soon as possible. Any help would be appreciated.

If it's not working as described then usy the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link.
You should also be able to write a review (from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3928) :
Locate the item that you would like to write a review for.
Click "Write a Review" in the Customer Reviews section.
Enter your sign in information when prompted.
Select a star rating.
Enter a title for your review.
Write your review in the Review box.
Click the Submit button.

I guess the first thing you now need to do is to get the latest drivers for your printer because as you say you uninstalled it from your machine and now reinstalled it again. I don't know why you thought printer should have been uninstall;led but anyway, please reinstall the driver and then see if it is recognized by your operating system and try scanning something as a test from outside the PSE13 before going back to PSE13 and trying to scan your real image.
Please post back so that Barbara or R_Kelly can help you as I don't use Apple Mac.

From where did you download Premiere Elements 9 at this late date? What computer operating system is it to be running on?
Do you have the 9.0.1 Update installed?

Are you getting any display card errors?
We have just gone down this type of road with another 9 user, so let us start with what finally seems to have worked for him.
What video card/graphics card does your computer use? Is the driver for that card up to date according to the web site of the manufacturer of that card? If not, update the card driver. If the driver is up to date already, then delete the BadDrivers.txt file.
For now I will assume that you are working on Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit.

and in the 9.0 Folder is the BadDrivers.txt file that you delete. Make sure that you are working with Folder Option Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives active so that you can see the complete path shown. After you deleted the BadDrivers.txt and reopened Premiere Elements, the program will generate a new BadDrivers.txt file but now the problem should be gone.
Please review, consider, and then let us know the outcome.

then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.

If not then you will need to create a new account, and follow the instructions on that HT2534 page when creating it. That doesn't sound like a wise thing to have done.
At this point having lost your software purchase, the quickest way will be to purchase and install it from the Mac App Store. It is not expensive and can then be installed on multiple Macs using the same Apple I.D.

That number is for an apple server in the UK that is used for iMessage activation. A hidden SMS is snet to that number when you turn iMessage on and is used to verify your phone number. I suggest you turn iMessage off. In settings/phone turn on dial assist. Check with your carrier to see if you can send an international SMS as you end that possibility to activate iMessage. Rest your phone (Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for device to restart (no data will be lost).) then turn iMessage back on.

I just tried to sync my calendars on my mac to my Android phone using SyncMate, and all of the calendars on my mac are gone. However, they are stil on my ipod touch, atleast the last several months worth of events are. There was a lot of important information in there. Is there any way to get them back onto my mac? Try again. Delete the copies of the corrupt tracks from your iTunes library, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there. In the downloads window remove the tick (if present) from Allow simultaneous downloads.
If the problem persists contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

I had a laptop, an Averatec, for almost 7 years when it crashed. The OS on that laptop was Windows XP. On that pc, I had an iTunes account, I have no idea what version it was, however, the pc crashed nearly 6 months ago, if that helps. I have just downloaded iTunes on my current laptop, a 2 year old Toshiba with Windows 7. I also have an iPad, and I just purchased an iPad2, which is why I downloaded iTunes at this time. I need it in order to sync my new iPad. My problem/question is this- I can not find any way to login in to iTunes using my old account name & password, therefore, everything that I had in my music library and all other items are no longer accessible. I can still get into the iTunes store using my Apple I.D., but that does me no good in finding the other items. As I said, I don't see where a login & password is needed for this version of iTunes, yet I definately have one that I used in the past. Am I just out of luck, or is there a way to find my previous purchases? Thanks for any assisstance. I am NOT a tech geek (I don't mean to offend), can barely send an email, so I need all the help I can get! The music sync is one way - computer to ipod. the exception is itunes purchases.

Have you moved your iTunes library recently? Are you using a different profile?
Right-click on your main iTunes folder and click Properties, then go to the Security tab and click Advanced. If necessary grant your account and SYSTEM full control of this folder, subfolders and files, then tick the option to replace permissions on child objects which will repair permissions throughout the library. This is the XP dialog but Windows 7 shouldn't be too different.
If it won't let you change the permissions use the Owner tab to take ownership from an account with administer privileges.
Also in iTunes properties tap the read-only check box until it clears, then click OK. When prompted apply the change to the folder and all files and subfolders.

After I saw that everything was deleted, I hit the back up and only my contacts and photos from May 2010 came back. I then hit 'restore' and all my contacts deleted once again. I just want my pictures and contacts back from before I updated this software!!

if you wanna get back your pictures and notes restore your friend iphone on your pc but make sure that your friend had the same name of your iphone and the same verison of the old sofware before you update , after that all your contact and note and everything are on your friend iphone , you can copy them in a way or another , I did this with my sister iphone , no matter what is the two iphone's generation the sofware verison is the trick xxx
and for the contacts you can locate the contact folder at your pc , and copy them into your device one way or another xxx
