I just downloaded ios 6 on my ipad, and i cant find siri anywhere

i downloaded ios 6 just now and when i go through the process it didnt give me an option for siri.
and afterwards when i go to my setting and into general there is nothing related to siri there... can anyone tell me whats wrong?

i just downloaded ios 6.1.2 and now my iphone 4 wont accept a charging device there is no error message, there is no little lightening bolt in the battery icon to show its charging, i have tried several cords and several wall outlets and hard rebooted my iphone several times and still it wont charge. if there is anybody that can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

I believe what is happening is that when charge gets below a certain level (maybe less than 5% remaining), the indicator stops properly functioning. I'm experiencing this issue on both my iPhone and iPad and if I leave them plugged in, eventually they start charging or showing that they are charging. I'm traveling so this is the first time on 6.1.2 that my devices have been below 10% since the update. I bet in the last update, to appease those with drain issues, the battery charge indicator was manipulated much in the same way the celluar bars were several years ago for those who where "holding" their phones incorrectly.

Try reset all settings
Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings

Delete the data for the guest network on the iPhone, iPad, etc.
Log on to the "Guest" network
On the home screen, tap Settings, tap Wireless, tap on the name of your wireless network, tap Forget This Network.
Now log onto the network that you want to use, and the iPhone / iPad will connect to that network automatically in the future.

Did you try charging it for at least 15 minutes, then turning it on and entering the passcode? If it won't turn on after charging, try resetting ti by holding the power and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release.

There are two more things to try. If the first thing you try fails, try the next.
Two Button Reset.
This is the least likely to result in loss of data. Read that again, especially the phrase "least likley."
Unplug the phone form the computer.
Press and hold both the home and the sleep/wake buttons (ignore the red slider) until you see the silver Apple logo.
When you see the logo, let both buttons go.
If this worked, you should see an icon instructing you to connect to iTunes. My guess is that the reset did not work.
DFU Restore
This will very likley result in loss of data.
Plug the iPhone into the computer.
Ensure that it is running the lates version of iTunes and that it has access to the internet.
Press and hold both the home and sleep/wake buttons for exactly eight seconds.
Release only the sleep/wake button but continue to hold the home button for another five seconds.
Let go of the home button, then look at the computer screen for an instructional popup.
The popup should say "iTunes has detected a device in covery mode. . .(etc)" Click accept to all boxes and let iTunes download and install all of the latest device Firmware and Software.
If no popup appears, repeat the above DFU instructions. If you 've never done a DFU, it may take about three attempts to get the timing right.

Okay... try this...
Go to Settings -> iTunes & App Store -> Apple ID and sign out of your account. Then sign back in with your Apple ID. Try downloading again.
If that doesn't work, go to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset All Settings. When done, turn your iPad off (hold the Sleep button down for several seconds. When the red slider appears, switch it off. Wait a few seconds and then press and hold the Sleep button for 1-2 seconds and let go). After the reboot you will need to reconnect your Wi-Fi, log back in to App Store, iBook Store, and iTunes. Try downloading content again.

Try the following:
Go to Settings > Messages > iMessages > disable
Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
let it do it's thing and reset.
Then go to Settings > Messages > iMessages > enable
You'll then have to go back to your Wifi and re-enter your router credentials.

Stolen iPad and I cant find it

My problem starts when I left my binder in my fincial aid class, I soon realize I had left my bag.I asked my teacher but he told me to wait 10 minutes for a pass. Long story short I was able to go to my 2nd hour to discover my bag but my iPad was missing. My mom bought me the iPad so I don't have the purchase history to report it. I called apple, I tracked it but it is offline. I used my iPad really for art references and my name is engraved on the back. I don't want to tell my mom because she would be ****** and I can't exactly tell the security guards because they will just tell me "you shouldn't have bought it to school in the first place."
I just want to find my iPad and be done with this troublesome ordeal.
The apple support woman told me over the phone someone might turn it in but so far they didn't find anything. I had a passcode on it, if you try more then 10 tries it will deletes everything. My mom has 2 other iPads that I can use but she controls it using iCloud so she will know I am lying.

No one else can use it without your Apple ID and password. If it is not on, there is no way it can be located.
