I just downloaded ios7 for iphone 4s but phone wont activate ?

recently just downloaded ios7 but when i go to activate my phone it says your iphone could not be activated because the activation server cannot be reached . try connecting your iphone to itunes to activate it or try again in a few minutes . whenever i connect it to itunes it says sometime about my cnnection but my connection is working fine ?

Go to iCloud.com and sign in using your Apple ID. You should then be able to access Find my Phone.

10.5.8 is Leopard, not Snow Leopard. Leopard ran on both PPC and Intel Macs, but Snow Leopard runs only on Intel Macs. iTunes 11 will run on Snow Leopard, though I'm not sure whether iOS7 requires a higher system (Apple seem to specify only itunes 11 and not an OSX system so you may be OK). However if your Mac is a PPC you cannot proceed; if it's an Intel one you can purchase Snow Leopard in the Online Store (search for Snow Leopard to find it quickly) - it's not expensive. It's not possible to roll your phone back to iOS6.

After installing, reboot holding down CMD+s, (+s), then when the DOS like prompt shows, type in...
applejack AUTO
Then let it do all 6 of it's things.
At least it'll eliminate some questions if it doesn't fix it.
The 6 things it does are...
Correct any Disk problems.
Repair Permissions.
Clear out Cache Files.
Repair/check several plist files.
Dump the VM files for a fresh start.
Trash old Log files.
First reboot will be slower, sometimes 2 or 3 restarts will be required for full benefit... my guess is files relying upon other files relying upon other files! :-)
Disconnect the USB cable from any Uninterruptible Power Supply so the system doesn't shut down in the middle of the process.

In iTunes, click "Store", sign in with your Apple I.D. After singing in, click "Store" again, select "View my Account", re-enter your password and your account info will be displayed.
Click "Edit" in front of "payment information" and select "None"
