I just downloaded LR4 and it won't let me access dock when it is open.

I have tried various views in LR4. No matter what i cannot get to any dock programs unless I close LR4. Any suggestions?

You might have put LR into full-screen mode inadvertently. Press the 'F' key on the keyboard and see whether that changes it back. (This cycles through 3 different window modes.)

You are on Windows 2000, you do not have a "Firefox" button, and should consider yourself to be fortunate in that you still have menus and don't have to do anything to get the menus back instead of the "Firefox" button. (The same applies to Windows XP users).
Use the "File" menu to get to Import. You are not on Windows 7 or Vista, and don't have to put up with the nonsense added for Aero.
If you want the "Firefox" button you can get it with View -> toolbars -> (uncheck) Menu Bar. The menu bar and the "Firefox" button were supposed to be mutually exclusive (which is impossible in some cases without being incompatible).
Once you are using the "Firefox" button ...
Use the "Alt" key to view the menu bar (temporarily) containing File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, and Help. On Windows 7 and Vista, the menu bar was hidden by default in Firefox 4 and above. When updating or restoring some iPods via a usb connection, it needs to be plugged into power via the charger to complete the process, and this is why you see that icon displayed. It's also why older iPods that required this step were supplied with a power adaptor as standard.
You may be able to complete the process via a car charger, or via a powered firewire port on the computer (with the required 6 pin cable of course) if you have access to either of those. Or maybe visit an Apple store if one is nearby.

You have to download and RUN the library updater. Applications folder ==> utilities and double click on the library updater then after it runs launch iPhoto to complete the upgrade

There is nothing wrong with my iTunes, is more of the App store that I am concerned about. And I've tried the "Authorise this computer" yes it does download when using iTunes, but no luck with App Store. And, yes I am logged onto iTunes when doing purchases.
I find this really fustrating because the App store works fine on my ipod but once it comes to my macbook, it does not download. A few seconds later after I click on an app to download, the pop up message notifies me that the purchase cannot be downloaded.

thw WRONG URL, which then does pop up a login window, lol but its the wrong thing

a URL that does NOT have pls in it!

When you use Embedded PLSQL Gateway you should not have the /pls/ in your URL. The /pls/ is for Oracle HTTP Server's (OHS) Mod PLSQL . Also no 4 at the end.
With EPG your URL must be
http://<ipaddress/domain>:8080/apex

Thanks for the question. With iOS 7, you can delete a song by doing the following:
Remove a song from iPhone. Tap Songs, swipe the song, then tap Delete. The song is deleted from iPhone, but not from your iTunes library on your Mac or PC, or from iCloud.

Please note that if you have "Show All Music" enabled in Settings > iTunes & App Store, the above will delete the song from your device, but it will still appear available (with a cloud symbol to re-download).

New computer and itunes won't let me access all of my iphone [computer has been authorized]

Hello, community! I hope that someone is able to assist me.
So, base of the issue: I recently got a new computer [I went from a Mac to a PC - loved my mac, but it was falling apart after a good eight years and a new one is way too expensive] and I downloaded itunes. I do still have my iphone, and I connected it to my new computer hoping to update some apps and transfer pictures and back it up and what not.
First thing I did was authorize the computer. On both accounts - I have on in Japan and one from the US (Iphone is from Japan, where I currently live). When I synced my phone, half of the apps are available to adjust (i.e remove or update). Really random ones, too. For example, there's no correlation between which account downloaded the app and I don't see any paid apps and some free apps. I've also switched between accounts to see if this affects the options - it doesn't change anything.
Also, I want to add/delete music, but I'm completely unable to change anything on my phone - adding or removing. I can view and play the music, but nothing else. Note: When I click the music tab with the phone summary (not the music option in the bar to the left) it asks if I want to sync my entire music library with the iphone.
Also note - itunes is updated.

Yes... that's the way it works.
You can only sync an iDevice with one computer.
Move or copy all the iTunes content from the old computer (or backup of the old computer) to the new computer.
Then sync the iDevice with the new computer. It will still wipe the device, but at this point it will not matter because all the content will be on the new computer to sync to the device.
