I just downloaded Photoshop Elements 13 and IMPORT is not functional. I reinstalled the printer /scanner and still not functional. My computer is recognizing the printer. What is wrong?
I guess the first thing you now need to do is to get the latest drivers for your printer because as you say you uninstalled it from your machine and now reinstalled it again. I don't know why you thought printer should have been uninstall;led but anyway, please reinstall the driver and then see if it is recognized by your operating system and try scanning something as a test from outside the PSE13 before going back to PSE13 and trying to scan your real image.
Please post back so that Barbara or R_Kelly can help you as I don't use Apple Mac.

From where did you download Premiere Elements 9 at this late date? What computer operating system is it to be running on?
Do you have the 9.0.1 Update installed?

Are you getting any display card errors?
We have just gone down this type of road with another 9 user, so let us start with what finally seems to have worked for him.
What video card/graphics card does your computer use? Is the driver for that card up to date according to the web site of the manufacturer of that card? If not, update the card driver. If the driver is up to date already, then delete the BadDrivers.txt file.
For now I will assume that you are working on Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit.

and in the 9.0 Folder is the BadDrivers.txt file that you delete. Make sure that you are working with Folder Option Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives active so that you can see the complete path shown. After you deleted the BadDrivers.txt and reopened Premiere Elements, the program will generate a new BadDrivers.txt file but now the problem should be gone.
Please review, consider, and then let us know the outcome.

Hi guys, I have JUST downloaded photoshop elements 10 and it has took me about 3 hours for some reason. Then i clicked okay when It said i have finnished, and i cant find it? I can find the folder with all the download stuff in it, but not the actuall product? Why? Where would it be? BTW this is a trial version I downloaded but i still need it ! And its happened before!

What operating system are you using?
Did you notice the installation process after the download was complete?
If you cannot locate the application in your programs list or applications folder, please look for "Adobe Download Assistant" and run it.
It should start installing if the download has been completed. Also, do you see a setup file in the folder which has the downloaded files? -

out of 5 disc's, it says only use the 3 and 5 for Mac's, but it only downloaded PremeireI think each is downloaded seperately. Need to download the Photoshop elements which if you specify Mac should be the same as disc 3.

I downloaded and installed Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements. I then launched Photoshop Elements Organizer and imported approx. 28,000 photos (including some videos). A window opened indicating that many of the photos had tags, and asking if I wanted to add the tags. I said yes, and the process began. When it reached 60% a window opened indicating that "Elements 13 Organizer has stopped working", with the only option being to "Close program."
I've since tried to open organizer several times, but it goes immediately to "Elements 13 Organizer has stopped working". I was able to open Editor, and tried opening Organizer from Editor, but encountered the same problem.
FYI, I have an open case (#0214505556), but have not received the help I need.This issue is with respect to Elements 13.

When you say downloaded, where did download pse 7 from?
Do you have the original install disk or original download for pse 7?
I believe the serials won't interchange between the disk version of pse 7 and the electronic down load version. -
Just bought Photoshop Elements 12 and Photoshop Elements 12 Premiere...downloaded with Akamai Download Manager...now cannot find! Where to look? In the serial number window, on the title bar check if the product name is Photoshop elements 13
There are some PE serial number which is specific for windows OS, you may check that also.
You can contact Adobe support and verify your serial number once
