I just downloaded the latest version on iTunes to my new laptop. Purchased a bunch of songs, but I cannot get any of my songs to play.  I checked and this computer is authorized.  Any suggestions?

I just installed the latest version of iTunes to my pc w/Windows 8.  Seemed to install fine.  Purchased a bunch of songs from the iTunes store.  Nothing will play.  I click the song, the speaker icon comes on next t the song, but it doesn't begin to play.  Cannot figure out what is wrong.  Any suggestions?

I just wanted to post that I found my I-pod cache file and deleted it and now synchronization works fine, so no need for anyone to post an answer to this.   Thank you very much.
