I restarted the computer, but the same issue happens again. When I move my mouse over some object or tool, it doesn’t come active at all (only some of the tools works) When I try to change “site properties”, I can’t choose tablet or phone mode or even I can’t select the checkboxes, only thing what I can do is change the numbers (high and width) . After all the main problem is that I can’t select some of the items or functions by mouse, but only by the keyboard.

As for the rest of your screed .... frankly, if your tone with Apple Support is the same as you use here in these user-to-user forums, I'd be amazed if you could get anyone to help you at all. I guess you haven't used the chat feature, I guess you haven't used the online troubleshooting, I guess you haven't read or done any of the many things that are ..... ohh, never mind.

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
If you've already tried a complete uninstall and reinstall try opening iTunes in safe mode (hold down CTRL+SHIFT as you start iTunes) then going to Edit > Preferences > Store and turning off Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases. You may find iTunes will now start normally.

Open your QuickTime control panel (either via the Control panels, or by going "Edit > Preferences > QuickTime Preferences" in the Quicktime Player). In the Advanced tab, uncheck Enable Direct3D video acceleration:

Nearly automatically.
This will be a major upgrade, and Aperture will have to upgrade your library.
As a precaution, make sure you have a working backup of your library, and I'd keep a copy of the Aperture 2.1.4 Application installer as well.
Also it is recommended to repair the permissions and to rebuild the library, to make sure that the library has no corruptions before you upgrade.
Rename the Aperture Library to a name different from the default name before you upgrade.
Launch the new Aperture version by double clicking your Aperture library. Aperture will prompt you, that it is necessary to upgrade the library; let it run, this may take a while. And yes, you should find all your photos, projects, folders, etc. after the upgrade just as you imported and organized them.

Unable to install the latest version of Adobe Muse via Adobe Application Manager
I´m a user of Creative Suite applications and all of them have been updated successfully with the exception of the latest version of Adobe Muse.
I´m unable to install it. I get error DW 050
I´m using Windows 7 64 bit.
All previous versions of Adobe Muse have been installed OK.
Following a forum discussion I could read, I uninstalled the previous version, but the installation fails again.

I get the message: “block by the administrator” and also another message: “the editor of this program is unknown and unsafe”. Please note that all other programs from Adobe´s Creative Cloud have been downloaded and installed with success. All Adobe Creative programs have been installed on my computer several months ago and all are working fine so far. This morning I installed an update for Photoshop without any problem. It seems that the problem persists only with Muse. I have to highlight that I´m the administrator of my PC and therefore all applications are currently being executed as administrator. I have never had the intention to block any program, including obviously Adobe´s Creative Suite programs.
Could you please let me know how to splve this problem?
