I just got a brand new laptop and I can't seem to put music onto my iPhone - help? I'd really rather not completely empty my iPhone in order to have it agree with this new laptop. How do I get them to talk to one another and let me put my music on my iPhone?
The iPhone will only Sync to One iTunes Library at a time.

From your OLD computer...
Copy your ENTIRE iTunes FOLDER to an External Drive... and then from the External Drive to your New Computer..

The creative cloud is subscription only. If you aunt paid for a year subscription. You should be able to download and and activate Adobe Creative Cloud applications on two machine. I have seen some issues reported about problems like your having. Searching this forum may help.

hi i just got a brand new iphone 5s i connected to itunes to restore all my data from the previous phone. when all the back up is finished i still cant use the phone as it ask me to restart again.... dont know what to do i tryed to restore 3/4 times but again when the restore is completed i still can't use the phone????
Replacements via Apple tech support are usually refurbished units, not new stock, though none of us here can say with certainty what you will receive. But you will not be able to tell the difference between new stock and a refurbished unit, and refurbished units generally go through more extensive testing than do new units, so getting a refurb may well be better than getting new stock.

That's not a reset pin. There is no reset hole in which to poke it. Neither is there a reset button. It is the SIM removal tool. If you had it, it would save you the agony of finding a paper clip.

left not lost. Happens all the time. I found an iPhone once in a taxi and someone once someone left one in Starbucks. Those returns were easy. I would follow steve369's advice, call the taxi company and hope for the best. Good luck. Next time when in a taxi or limo maintain the bag strap across your body. -

How is your external drive formatted? Use Disk Utility to check the volume format. If it is NTFS, you will need to reformat the HDD as exFAT in order to retain universal compatibility (RW to it on both Mac and Windows).

Without proper system information and other details nobody can help you. and this error means what it says - some other install process is still active, even if it may not do so visible. Could be a silent update of a virus scanner or something, could be a botched install of another program, not even specifically Adobe. As a start, always reboot your computer and then try again. For anything else we need much more info.

Your phone connected, iTunes running, under the "Apps" tab, you've selected this app to install on your phone, correct? Hit the "Apply/Sync" button, lower right on the Apps tab, what happens?

Please help me out...You can only do that if you switch manually manage ON.
Connect iPhone to iTunes, select iPhone in iTunes left panel, go to Summary tab and switch Manually manage music and videos to ON.
