I just got a nano 7th generation but came in chinese language and don't understand

I new at this, I just got the nano 7th generation. Took it out of the package and discover that is in chinese language and don't understand and don't know which one of the setting in the one for changing the language.
Can anyone help one

It sounds like your default language needs to be changed on your iPod Nano 7th gen. These instructions should help you get that reset, from the following article:

For anyone following, I looked further into the tape cassette adapter and it seems to get the best reviews vs. FM transmitter. Guess there is a good reason that I have the last year model with a tape cassette. Worth mentioning is the Maxell one gets a better review than the Monter one. Not sure why, but it's cheaper. Plug your iPod in and when it appears in iTunes, click on it from under Devices in the left hand pane. This brings you to the Summary tab. Locate and click on the Music tab. What configurations do you have made from under this tab? Is your iPod configured to sync those playlists?

Save all the photos from your Droid into a folder on your computer.
Connect your device to your computer. On iTunes left Pane, select iPhone under 'Devices'; then on the right Pane, select PHOTO tab. Make sure Sync Photo box is checked, and "from" box selected the folder that has Droid's photos. Then click the SYNC or APPLY button on the lower right window.

Just recieved ipod nano 7th generation and when plugged in to computer it is not registering on computer or with itunes

Just recieved a brand new replacement ipod nano 7th generation and when plugged in to computer it is not registering on computer or with itunes, I have tried resetting ipod. I have uninstalled itunes and reinstalled itunes. I have tried various cables and know they are compatible for charging the ipod, what else could it be?

Ipod Nano 7th Generation with thin green, dark blue and light blue lines on the screen?

I have an Ipod Nano 7th Generation. It was brand new about a year ago, but roughly 5 months in the screen had a single dark blue line running down the screen, this has now developed into 4 light blue lines running horizontally and another green line running vertically.
I think it may be something to do with the pixels and the screen - something to do with the fact that they display red, green and blue colors?
I have restarted the ipod but to no avail. I have tried getting into the system settings as well but cannot seem to manage to access them.
Any help?

Is itunes 10.4.1.10 for real? I just got the update availability notice but it opened my browser and went to the itunes download page. Normally it just opens a small list with what is going to be downloaded (us. safari, quicktime, and itunes) and i am abl

Water damage iPod Nano 7th Generation?

My iPod Nano 7th Generation was in very good condition and it just went through the washer 3 nights ago and I plugged it into the charger and it would turn on but the touch screen wouldn't open the music or anything and the screen looked like there was water in it and it went very slow. How can I fix it or something? I cant buy a new one because it would be too high price and I can't get one either because Im 1 year away from being able to have a job. Well if it's just the screen i'd try eBay, but it sounds like it has internal damage because you mentioned it is slow. You either would have to replace everything inside, or buy a new or refurbished one.

I would be concerned too if my iPod nano had a black screen. I recommend following the steps below:
Will not turn on or screen remains dark
Connect iPod to power for at least ten minutes to ensure that the battery has enough charge to allow iPod to turn on.
If iPod does not turn on after ten minutes, try resetting the device while it is still connected to power. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button until the screen goes dark. The Apple logo should appear after a few seconds, then the Home screen should appear.
If the Apple logo appears on the display, connect iPod to a computer and verify that it appears in iTunes and can play music. If iPod appears in iTunes and can play music, no further troubleshooting is needed.
If the screen remains dark and will not turn on, then your iPod may need service.

IPod Nano 7th generation USB port unrecognised on windows 7 - help tried everything I could find

Please help have been given an ipod nano 7th generation but cannot get it to work, downloaded latest itunes software, done all microsoft updates, restarted numerous times, have tried others suggestions online, nothing working. The usb port works with other usb devices so no idea why won't recognise ipod. Do I give up and try and get a replacement ipod?

Doublechecking. Have you tried a complete uninstall of both iTunes and all the other related software components and then a reinstall? If not, try the instructions from the following document:

This is going to depend on how you are syncing music to your iPod nano. If you are automatically syncing, what option do you have selected in this menu? (Entire music library, or Selected content)
You may want to uncheck the "Sync Music" box, apply the changes, then recheck the box, and apply the changes once more. This will instruct iTunes to completely remove all music from your iPod, and then copy the files once more. If you have a large amount of music, this initial sync may take a while.

I have an Ipod nano 7th generation bought about a month ago and usually has no problems.
I've been having an issue with it where it won't sync songs' ratings from the Nano to Itunes. My Ipod is set to manually manage Music and Video. And no ratings are added to the Itunes Music library when I press sync.
Can anyone help me solve this problem?

This is literally driving me crazy.
I spend days, or more likely months rating my itunes library.
I was happy to get this new ipod as it would permit me to finish rating my songs, as I used to with my old ipods.
Its only about 3 weeks after buying this new ipod do i realize that it is randomly changing song ratings. It has therefore changed all the ratings i painstakingly had made. After trying many different ways to find out where the problem was coming from, I even did the drastic move of unrating all my songs, both on the ipod and itunes. Sure enough, when i plugged it back in to sync it, it was giving me new random ratings for about 40 songs, even though they had previously been totally blank.
I'm extremely surprised I can't find any information about this. This bug has killed all the work I had spent trying to organize my library, and leaves me feeling quite disgusted.

There seems to be an all around problem with this new ipod. It isn't showing the play count for songs I know i listened to, and it's adding random songs in my top 25 most played that i never listened to.
An answer would be very nice.

I think the problem is that the iPod got set to Manually manage music and videos. It needs to be set up for automatic syncing again. Just unchecking that Manually manage music and videos setting does not do it.
In iTunes 12, select the iPod in iTunes (using the device button), so that you see the iPod's "management" screen. In the sidebar (along left side of screen), there are two headings (Settings and On My Device). Under Settings, click on Music. To the right, you see the iPod's Music screen, where you tell iTunes how to sync songs to the iPod.
Check the box at the top for Sync Music. That turns ON automatic syncing for music. Below that, choose the option to sync Entire music library (assuming your music library fits completely on your iPod). Otherwise, you can choose the option to sync Selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres and make your selections below. Then click Apply.
