Well if you can send emails, when you connect computer to modem directly, then it might be ports forwarding issue. Update firmware of router to latest version and assign a static ip on computer like 192.168.1.11, and obtain ports used by outgoing mail server, and forward those ports to static IP assigned, on router's setup.

We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
The reset link for the security question will send the email to your rescue email account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312 - that is the email account that you are checking, and you've checked the spam folder on it as well as the inbox, and tried clicking the reset link again ?
If you aren't receivineg the email then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to view your rescue email address to check that it's correct, in case you need to use it in the potential future use -

Did you download a movie from iTunes while you were logged into your Apple ID or were you logged into the other person's Apple ID?
By double-clicking the the movie file, it should prompt you to login with the ID that purchased the movie. -

On your phone: Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings. Should take but a minute & the phone will look just like it did when first taken out of the box.

I got a new ipod because the screen cracked.. I went to the apple store and got a new ipod. I came home and plugged it into my computer it synced it to my itunes, and it would't sync all my app's to the new ipod. I went to my purchase history and i said i actully bought all my apps. So how do I load the apps onto my new ipod touch (4th generation) .
Can you see the apps in your iTunes library on your computer to know for certain that your last sync did transfer all of them over? I don't mean in your purchase history in iTunes, I mean can you see the the App icons like in the photo that I posted above?
Are you sure they are not on another screen or screens on the iPod? Did you try swiping from screen to screen?

I just got a new ipod but it wont sync music only apps.
I just got my new iPod a month ago and it worked fine a few days untill... poof... it no longer synced music. so i thought maybe i need to upgrade iTunes to the new version and so i did. There is no such thing as a "sub-account." Also, you probably mean iTunes library, when you say "account." Your "account" in iTunes is your Apple ID, which is what you use to sign in to the iTunes Store to make purchases. iPods are associated with an iTunes library, not with an Apple ID (iTunes Store account). You'll need to clarify...
So, this is what I think you are saying. You previously shared an iTunes library on a computer with your friend. Your old iPod was synced to that iTunes library.
You got an iPhone, and at that time, you set up your own iTunes library. Is that on a different computer? How does the iPhone affect your question about the iPod?
You got a new iPod. What is your "old iTunes"? Is that the iTunes library you shared with your friend? -

Correct. When you update via iTunes all synced media that is not in your iTunes library will be lost.

Eligibility for extended AppleCare plans are noted & may be available for various items in the store. Subject to availability. Refurbished. Like new. The price difference can be about the same as the additional two year AppleCare plan may cost, so get that too.
Third party repaired restored or available through other channels vary in quality, quantity, condition, and may be lacking in some or most original accessories; they should include basic hardware as originally equipped and have the boot-install software disc set as intended for that build model & year specification, included.
Auction sites rarely have that much of a kit together, w/ missing discs, scruffy, extra fees, etc. On the other hand, companies that restore and repair Macs for a living and are authorized Apple service centers may have something, if you aren't in the market for something holiday new or really quick. Older models if reasonably refurbished can still shine years later.

Gave my grandsons iPods for Xmas. Looks like one of them downloaded an app (text+) and must/may have deleated on hisiPod the iMessage app that was included on both with both iPods.
I want to ditch this new app (text+) and return iMessage to his phone as they both are wifi only and iMessaget is what they should both use. Ialso have a iPad (wifi only) and a iphone (both on iOS5) and a MacBook on 10.7.2
Any help as to how to do this (I would prefer not to due a full restore to the affected iPod if possible) -

The progress for some games will transfer since some games synce progress to a cental server. For other games you will have to have the backup of the old iPod.

If you have acces to the old iPod yu can make a backup by connecting the iPod to the computer and right click on the iPOd under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up. Then restore from that backup.
