You can email the iTunes Store Customer Support they might be able to give you a one time exception to download your previous purchases.
You can use this link to report your issue.

I know that I could just burn all of my music onto a disk and then put it back onto my new computer, but I was hoping there was an easier way.
Use your computer's backup to transfer your iTunes library from your old computer to your new computer per the instructions included with this link, or do the same with both computers networked in some fashion, which shouldn't be hard to do if both computers are connected to the same wireless network.

been trying to figure this out and the only way i can even play my music is through my icloud. i want to redownload all of my past purchaes directly to my new pc but cant figure it out. neone know how to do this?
Log into store with the same Apple ID used to purchase. Go to Purchases page to redownload past purchases.

I just got a new laptop and my new one says i cant have my ipod synced to another account and it wants to erase all my apps
That is right. An iDevice can only sync to one computer/iTunes library. If you still have the computer just cpy/export yur iTunes libray to a USB stick or similar and import it ito the new computer. Also copy the iPod backup file to the new computer. That file is locaed here:
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\(username)\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
Windows Vista and Windows 7: \Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
Transfer iTunes purhases to the new computer by:
iPhone and iPod touch: Unable to update or restore
Then let iTunes erase you iPod and restore the iPod from the backup and then sync. -
I know this is probably a very common question, but I've heard too many different answers so I'd just like to make sure I know the correct one.
So I just got a new laptop yesterday because my other one fried.. I just downloaded itunes and was just about to plug in my ipod but then hesitated because I didn't know whether if I would lose all my songs or not. Will I lose my songs if I connect it to the new itunes? Thank You for your help! From your OLD computer...
Copy your ENTIRE iTunes FOLDER to an External Drive... and then from the External Drive to your New Computer..

I just got a new laptop and when i went to go and buy something, it asked for some security question answers cause this was my first time buying on this computer. When i went to go type in the (so what I thought) correct answers, it said they were wrong. After numerous tries, it disabled my account. How do I get the answers sent to my email so i can start using my itunes again?
Go to item 12 in the AppleID FAQ for help with a disabled account.
You can also go to the AppleID support page and click manage your account for additional help. -

Hi I have just purchased a new laptop as my old one broke. How do I transfer my itunes account to my new pc?
assuming all your media files are in the default location, copy the entire iTunes folder (not just the iTunes music or media folder) from the old to the exact same location on the new machine.
you can use your network or an external HD for that. -
I my ipod isn't letting me swipe in on the lock screen, and for now, i've given up on that, and i just got a new laptop. So what i'd like to do is not worry about getting in my ipod, but to plug it in my computer and get my music off of it. it is not letting me do this because i have to unlock my ipod but, sadly i cannot, if anyone can help me it would be greartly appreitiated.
You don't have to purchase it again, but you do have to download it. See Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519

I just got a new macbook. Is there any way I can transfer pictures or music to this new mac from my old one?
Welcome to Apple Support Communities
There are different ways to transfer your data from another Mac, but as you just want to transfer pictures and music, the best way is to use an external drive. You can also connect them with a Thunderbolt or FireWire cable, but you need specific Macs to do it, so I prefer the external drive method.
You just have to get an external drive and plug it to the old Mac. Then, open Finder, navigate to the folders with your pictures and music, and drag them to the external drive in the Finder sidebar, under "Devices".
Then, connect the external drive to the new Mac and you will see the external drive in the Finder sidebar after opening a Finder window, so choose it. Then, just copy the pictures and music to the folder you want, for example, Music or Pictures -

Where can I send an email to iTunes so that they can resend me my purchased items? I just got a new laptop (switched from a PC to a Mac) help would be appreciated.
Email itunes support! Or you could just transfer your purchases. Either w/ external drive, or w/ you iphone/ipod/ipad!

I've just got a new computer does any one know how to transfer my song to my new computer. I've installed itunes but can't seem to transfer the songs.
you can use home sharing.
or, assuming you have all your media files in the default location, copy the entire iTunes folder (not just the iTunes music or media folder) from the old to the exact same location on the new machine.
you can either use your network or an external HD for that.
