I just got Adobe Creative Could and My Adobe App Manger Stuck on Loging in screen
So i just got the 12 month Creative Cloud and i already activated it and created my adobe ID and well i was told to download the adobe creative app so i did and i downloaded it then i instailled it then open it and i was told to log in and its been stuck on the log in screen. I am quite frusrated right now about it. I had the screen up for hours and it never changed then i tired just force quitting it and opening it again and that didnt work. Then i tired to restart my computer and that didnt work at all. I just unstilled it and deleted it and reinstalling it, i am hoping that will work but any body with advise to help me? i tired the adobe chat room but i am still waiting and then i was going to see if i can call but its to late the lines are closed

I just got my new iphone and I gave my phone the same apple ID as my iPod. Then I added $40 to my iTunes thinking that I could buy songs freely. When I went to go buy an album it said that I needed to answer some security questions to complete the purchase. So I clicked yes and it brought me to two questions that I totally forgot the answers to so I hit the link that said if you forgot your answers click here. I clicked it and it brought me to this website that you see all your information about your apple ID. So I went to privacy and security and the same two questions were there. I tried and didn't succeed. I even sent myself the email and I have been trying this for days on end and still never received any emails about those questions. So I thought what if I create a new apple ID then mabe I could transfer ONLY the money over, is this possible?? Because I would hate to see forty dollars go to total waste.

You can use the same subscription or the serial number to activate the product.

out of 5 disc's, it says only use the 3 and 5 for Mac's, but it only downloaded PremeireI think each is downloaded seperately. Need to download the Photoshop elements which if you specify Mac should be the same as disc 3.

I just got a new computer and want my entire library on my ipod classic to be transferred to my computer. I transferred as many files as I could from my old computer through my external hard drive, but many of my cds didn't transfer. When I hook up my ipod, I see it's entire contents. My question is, does a sync only work from the computer to the ipod, or if I sync my ipod will the songs on it be synced to my computer along with all the playlists? My biggest worry is if I sync it, it will go back to the factory settings or I lose all my music. I appreciate any help.

I just got an iPhone 4 and I'm trying to use it on the t mobile network. The thing is, I've tried restoring the phone so I could use it. I haven't tried my sim on other phones yet. But I will try to see if it works. The iPhone is supposedly factory unlocked btw. Anyways, when I put in my tmobile sim, it searches for the service, but it always ends up saying NO SERVICE. I checked that my network says that the "phone not allowed". So I don't have 3G on this phone I presume. I heard that you need 3G to have service is that correct? But how do I resolve it? The iPhone does know that my phone carrier is tmobile. It just says no service. And I've tried restoring it three times and turning it off and on and it won't work. I don't have a data plan for tmobile tw! Hopefully someone can help! Thank you so much in advance!
If a phone is sold from one friend to another and wants to use it on a different carrier the friend can contact the carrier it was sold by to request it unlocked. I know AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint will give you the steps to unlock it as long as the original contract it was bought under has been completed. eBay/Craigslist is really not the best place to try to get "unlocked phones" from, if it turns out the phone isn't unlocked then I'm really sorry you got stuck with that one and as stevejobsfan said above I would report them immediately and see if you can recover your money. Just got a new computer, and I want my songs off my iPod and onto my iTunes
So, I just got my new computer, and I have about 400 songs on my new iTunes. However, on my iPod, I have around 3,000. Some of the songs, however, I no longer have the cds for. I really don't feel like buying or tracking down ALL of those songs again. Is there a way I can get the songs off my iPod and onto my new iTunes? And no, I'm not trying to give all these songs to my friends or anything, I'm just trying to keep them all! If I could get an answer soon, that would be great!!!!
Thanks!Connect your iPod to your new computer. If it is set to update automatically you'll get a message that it is linked to a different library and asking if you want to link to this one and replace all your songs etc, press "Cancel". Pressing "Erase and Sync" will irretrievably remove all the songs from your iPod. When your iPod appears in the iTunes source list change the update setting to manual, that will let you use our iPod without the risk of accidentally erasing it. Check the "manually manage music and videos" box in Summary then press the Apply button. Also when using most of the utilities listed below your iPod needs to be enabled for disc use, changing to manual update will do this by default: Managing content manually on iPod
Once you are safely connected there are a few things you can do to restore your iTunes from the iPod.
The transfer of content sources such as songs imported from CD is designed by default to be one way from iTunes to iPod. However there are a number of third party utilities that you can use to retrieve the music files and playlists from your iPod. You'll find that they have varying degrees of functionality and some will transfer movies, videos, photos, podcasts and games as well. There's also a manual method of copying songs from your iPod to a Mac or PC. The procedure is a bit involved and won't recover playlists but if you're interested it's available on page 2 at this link: Copying Content from your iPod to your Computer - The Definitive Guide
Whichever of these retrieval methods you choose, keep your iPod in manual mode until you have reloaded your iTunes and you are happy with your playlists etc then it will be safe to return it auto-sync. I would also advise that you get yourself an external hard drive and back your stuff up, relying on an iPod as your sole backup is not a good idea and external drives are comparatively inexpensive these days, you can get loads of storage for a reasonable outlay. -
