I just got my new iPhone 16 days ago and when I try to download an app it always give me a message "Cannot connect to ITunes Store." What can I do to fix this?

Well folks I finally got my "can't connect to iTunes" issues fixed. Seems that there was an unauthorized change to my email address and account therefore not allowing mr to connect to iTunes.
Here is how I got it fixed.
1. Contacted iTunes store support
2. Followed their instructions and replyed with the following info:
An order number from one of my purchases
Last 4 digits of the c.c. Used for the iTunes store acct
Answer to one of my security questions
And 2 items from this list.
Birthdate
Billing address for Acct
Phone number on acct
It was after all of this that they saw that someone had made an account modification back in February when the issue began. Seems they changed my email address just slightly and that is what kept me from being able to sign in and not a password issue. This was likely due to a phishing email that came out in conjunction with iCloud asking users to change their passwords to a more secure form by adding a capital and number.
To get all of this cleared up it took about 4 days as we emailed back and forth. I also needed a seperate email address they could use to send me info. Once they determined the issues and went to get them fixed by changing the email address associated with the acct and I created a new password I was able to access iTunes with no issues and even my previously thought lost acct balance was there.

Have you checked to make sure your ipad has a proper wireless connection? Are you also signed into your account on your ipad? If your answers to both questions are yes then I would reset the ipad and try again. Please repost if the problem persists.

My husband and I share music in one itunes account for both of our iphones. We just got the new iphone 5s's and iin ttryinngto back up our old phones I have realized we SHARE one icloud as well. Can I create him a new icloud for pictures, contacts etc
You can have one icloud account and a different itunes account on the phone. I have my icloud account and a shared itunes account. He does not have to use the new icloud account as is ID in itunes and app store. He can keep using the old one.

Please tell us what kind of computer you have, what operating system and what version of iTunes. Not just "the latest version of iTunes", the exact version number.

I have an iPhone 4S and when I try to add an iCloud account is gives me an error "Cannot Sign In, The maximum number of free accounts have been activated on this iPhone." Is there any way to deactivate an account? I have one for myself, one for my family and one for my work. I had all three on my iphone and then I deleted my work. Welcome to the Apple Community.
Unfortunately once all the 3 iCloud accounts have been created on your mobile device, you cannot create any more regardless of what you do. You will need to re-use one of the accounts that you have already created or create your new account on another device or computer.
You should however be able to add existing accounts to your device, are you sure you aren't trying to create on rather than simply use an existing one. -
I am using the Adobe Acrobat Reader on a mac and I followed all the directions to copy an image but when I press paste only half of the image appears or it appears as an empty square. What can I do to fix this?

I would like to inform you that not all the browsers and online PDF readers support copying text from a PDF. If you have opened the PDF online, please download PDF file to your computer and then open the file in Adobe Reader.
Please share a screenshot if the issue still persists.

My mail is getting stuck in outbox, but I am receiving mail just fine. Message says 'server timed out'. What can i do to fix this?

It sounds like you are unable to send emails, as they go straight to the outbox, but you can get the emails without issue. I recommend using the Connection Doctor to help you troubleshoot what is happening with the following article:

Since the last iphone software upgrade, every time i try to download an application i keep getting the message "cannot connect ot itunes store". How can i resolve this? I have tried rebooting but that didnt work.
Try logging out of your account on the iPhone by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.
If that doesn't solve it then what has worked for some people is going into Settings > General > Date & Time and change the date to a few months (or maybe a year or two) in the future and then re-trying -
My Ipad2 has messages in App Store that says I have 22 updates. When I chose to update any of those 22 I receive this message "Cannot Connect to Itunes Store". I am able to make new purchase or free downloads but no updates.
