I just get a quick snapshot of the initial window, and that's it. I am a Macbook Pro user, been using creative cloud for a while, and I still have installed Lightroom 5, don't know if that helps.

Just installed the newest version of Adobe CS4 Design Premium, and have a problem with Acrobat 9 Pro. Using Windows 7 Home Premium OS. My problem is that with the last 4 emails I've received which have attached PDF files, I'm unable to open those files (using Eudora 7.1 email client). Acrobat gives the the error message: "There was an error opening this document. The file cannot be found." When I forward these emails to my other computer which is running Acrobat 7 Standard, the attachments open fine. To further the puzzle, I tried to open older emails which have PDF attachments (which I opened a while ago) and they open fine in Acrobat 9. Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the suggestion. I found that I can right-click on the attachment and "save attachment as..." to the desktop, and then it will open from there with no problem. Good work-around so that at least I have access to important attachments. But, it should open when I click on it inside the email, like it has with Acrobat 7 ever since I've owned it. Must have something to do with the interaction between AA9 and Eudora (a legendary but OLD email client). The attachments do, in fact, appear to be PDF files, so I can rule that one out.

I apologize for my poor english.
I used to run RH 6 and it worked very well for the past 6 years. My compagny purchased RH 10 a few days ago.
I installed RH 10 and after running a few seconds, it shuts without any message. Just a nice shutdown.
This appears either running my project.xpj or running RoboHTML.exe itself.
My computer runs under Windows XP SP3, Intel Duo CPU 2.93 MHZ, 2.00 GB RAM + MsOffice 2007.
I tried the same with my antivirus software stopped. Same problem.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled three times. No way to make it run properly.

Meanwhile, i think i fixed the problem.
I was using Word 2000 and i noticed RH 10 would prefer Word 2007. So i uninstalled Word 2000 but unfortunately i guess the registry hasn't be cleaned thoroughly. That was probably the problem.
I proceed with some softwares to clean it and had, too, a manual cleaning done.
After installing MsOffice 2007, the computer has been stopped and reboot and RH 10 seems to work properly.

Just installed new updates and Safari won't open due to TelevisionFanaticPlugin

I just insalled all my new updates for my MacBook. Every time I open the Safari brower, it automatically closes. The error message says it crashed and it is due to the TelevisionFanatic Plug in. What can I do to fix this?

If it's not in the Internet Plug-Ins folder check the following.

~/Library/ScriptingAdditions
The first four locations listed are in the root-level Library on your hard disk, not the user-level Library in your Home folder.
The tilde (~) represents your Home folder.

I have just installed Firefox 6, and Rapport no longer works - the same problem that you had with Firefox 5. What is happening?

You prompted me to install Firefox 6 this evening, as it addresses serious security/stability problems, but when I did this, the Rapport icon vanished from the address bar. Reinstalling the current version of Rapport has not fixed this.
The same thing happened a few months ago with Firefox 5, and it took Rapport a week to develop a new compatible version.
Why has this happened again? Do you not check this before launching new versions? Or, why at the very least do you not warn us beforehand that some programs will not work for X days? I'd prefer to be without the latest Firefox for a week or so rather than without Rapport - not least because my bank requires me to use Rapport.
Please advise ASAP.

Mac 10.5.8 just bought usb cable and still won't work.

I bought HP Envy. Got home and learned I needed to buy new software. Dissapointed did not come with USB cable. Bought cable. Still is not working. It asks which driver and Envy 5530 is not available. But there are lots of other drivers. Is there another that will work?

The printer requires 10.6 Snow Leopard.
You can return it and try to find a printer that is supported on your 10.5.8 Mac.

Installed new iOS and camera won't work

I have been successfully using my iphone5 camera for over a year. After downloading iOS 7.0.4 about 2 weeks ago, my iphone5 camera is useless. When I select 'camera', my screen comes up either totally black or, other times, it shows an indistinguishable blurry image that is frozen on the screen. Does anyone have a solution for this problem. The phone's camera was working perfectly before this new iOS was installed.

I am attaching the message. I find it suspicious that it is asking for a Skype ID and a telephone number. What do you think?

Sounds to me like the file is probably corrupt. If you had hard drive corruption or damage, that could easily result in recovered files not being fully intact. If you were trying to recover accidentally deleted files, it's possible they might have been partially overwritten before recovering. There are never any guarantees with file recovery.
Without more information on the circumstances that led you to try recovery, it's hard to give advice on what to try from here. You could always try another file recovery tool, like Data Rescue 3. Just be sure you're taking appropriate precautions when doing recovery. See Recovering deleted files.

I am so glad that I ran across your post. I had been reading "solutions" to this problem all day, and most of them said to install/unistall/re-install itunes! No way! I knew there had to be an easier way, and you had it. Just a few clicks, and that was it.
