It seems their server is down. I've had problems trying to update apps on iTunes and iPhone.

Hello, i´ve a problem, i´ve bought an iphone 5s and when i try to log in Icloud i´ve a error. The error is that this iphone have created the maximum quantity of free acounts... Dont want to create a new account, just want to log in.
Then don't choose the option to create a new iCloud account. Choose the option to log in with your existing account.

I can call my ipad with my iphone alll the time. That's how I check up on my kids at home when I"m at work. You just set up to your iphone's facetime setting with your phone number and set up your ipad's facetime settings with your apple id (in this case it's your email)

Plz someone help I made custom ringtones and when I try to put them in my iPhone 4 it hey appear gray on iTunes and won't go on my phone and I tried syncing it don't help what do I do???!!!
The ringtone file format is m4r. You can create ringtone from any of your music file in your iTunes Music library.
Follow steps as follow:
1. Right mouse click the song in music library you want to create ringtone and choose “Get Info”
2. Choose “Option” Tab, Check “Start Time” n Stop Time” of the track you want to make into ringtone and put in your start time and end time (Max 40 secs duration), then click OK
3. Right mouse click the music file again and choose “Create AAC Version”
4. You will see a copy of song with same name appeared but with 40sec duration only. Now drag the song onto your desktop and you will see the name is now xxxxxx.m4a.
5. Change the file extension m4a into m4r from the desktop
6. Delete the 40sec m4a file from the music library (You must do this step or Itune will not accept your new m4r file).
7. *Important - Now uncheck the start n stop time of the original song so that you can play back full length.
8. Now, drag the m4r file from desktop to Library
9. Click onto the Tones under Library, and you find you ringone file.
Note: Just in case you cannot "Create AAC version" from Step 3, go to top menu, click "Edit", "Preference". Under "general" Tab, click "Import Settings", make sure under Import Using that "AAC Encoder" is selected.
Once you have ringtones in Tones library, you can sync ringtones over by connecting your phone to PC, select iPhone under Devices on iTunes left Pane, then go to 'Tones' tab and check SYNC TONES as well as the ringtones. Click the SYNC button on the lower right window. -

I would guess this is an AIM valid Screen Name such as an Apple issued @mac.com account.
I would also guess you travel to other countries.
There have been several posts about @mac.com names and people who travel and use their Screen Name elsewhere having the name Suspended.
Can you Log in here https://settings.aim.com/ ?
Is this where you saw the Suspended message ?
For AIM issued name the answer is to change your Password as this tends to prove you own the account.
This does not work for Apple IDs used as AIM Valid Screen Names as AIM can't tell when the password is changed (They can only see it when you log in)
AIM's Suspended Account page has an email ([email protected]) on it to contact if your account remains Suspended.
However you need to be very clear that you have an Apple Issued Name and that you know that resetting the password that works for AIM Names and that you would like them to reset the account.
More recently this has been a sticking point. It seems the Contact you get does not always know about the agreement that AIM recognises Apple Issued IDs as Valid Screen Names and that the AIM servers can only view the passwords at specific times (or at least confirm them) so you changing it will make no difference and that they have to step in manually.

I inherited an iMac, OS X 10.6.8. The Mail system is corrupted. I cannot close blank mail formats that opened to be written and sent. I just get an unpleasant noise when I try to close these. Also, I don't know what the outgoing mail link should be.

Safe Boot , (holding Shift key down at bootup), use Disk Utility from there to Repair Permissions, test if things work OK in Safe Mode.
Then move these files to the Desktop for now...

Hi. When you were in the recovery drive doing permissions, did you try and run a repair of the boot drive? Did you try single user mode? Try these first and then go back and try to reinstall the operating system.When I say repair boot drive I don't mean permissions. There are both options in disk utilities.When you open disk utilities ,you will see in the left column two drives plus possibly a boot partition that look like an external driv. click on the second drive and in first aid use repair disk. Then when i try and connect it to the computer it shows the no battery screen with just the lightning bolt. and when i try to restore it the screen flashes then resest to the no battery screen and i get error 1602. Do you know what is wrong with it? do you think its just the battery cause i can replace that for cheap or do you think the circuts are fried?
No. It sounds like the water destroyed the component inside the iPod.
About your only choice now it to take it to Apple and pay for a replacement.
