I just noticed my itunes app store isnt on my itunes

on my pc itunes will open. the music, movies,tv shows will open but the app store is just a white page . no apps to view

I've been having this problem for four days now. I can get around it by using the search. It's just bloody annoying.

My husband and I are using the same iTunes account on all mac & pc computers, but the libraries are different on each machine. We always manually manage our music (no auto sync). iTunes is up to date on the PCs. My husband uses our joint iTunes account on his pc, but once again, has a different collection in his library from those on the other machines. He can't load any music from his PC to his iphone 4. I can load music from my mac library to my iphone 4s, but cannot load from my pc library to my iphone 4s. How can I switch my main library that it syncs with from the mac to the pc?

If i factory reset my ipod touch(5th gen), can i reset it as the option 'set up as new ipod', and then i can just go into the app store/itunes store and restore my music and apps and not icloud with photos and ect?

The reason i asked this question is because i have been wondering this a lot ever since i got an exchange on this ipod (and ive only had it for a few weeks now) because my last ipod had a lot of problems. so after i restored my ipod with my computer/itunes, i downloaded apps that i wanted, and then when i went to the storage to see how much storage was left, it said 0 bytes. i was freaking out because i didnt know how that could be, i mean, cause like, that is impossible when i just 'purchased' it, that the space was full but i looked and all my pictures were on this ipod and i already put them on my computer so i dont need them anymore thats why i wanna reset it now so there is nothing on it so i can have more space for stuff to do and download on it.
it is updated to iOS 8 but that happened when i purchased it, so i didnt have a choice to update it even though i didnt want to update to iOS 8...

Hey Sierra, You can do just what you have stated. My question, what is your "other"? If it is over 1.5 GB you most likely have corrupt files. Doing a Restore to New, Factory restore should correct it. Just make sure you make a full backup of all information on your iPod to your computer before you restore, so you don't lose your stuff, contacts, videos, pictures, non-iTunes music, etc, use the cable and connect with your computer. Then, via cable, connect to your computer, run the Restore to new, don't use your backup. Treat this iPod as if it was your first one ever. When restore is done, set up and add what info you wish to install on this iPod. The music apps etc you purchased should be on your computer, if not you should be able to retrieve purchased apps and music from iTunes. Any music, videos, apps not purchased from iTunes will be lost to you if you do not save them to your computer or the cloud first. When your done, make a current Backup and you should good to go. If it's freezing when you try to update apps, try force-closing the App Store app. From your home screen, double-tap the home button, locate App Store in the list on the bottom, tap an hold it until it wiggles, tap to close it, tap the home button again. Try updating again...any difference?

Just did the Mac App Store update and now MBP won't boot?!

I just did the Mac App Store software update that required a restart and on bootup it just hangs at the spinning wheel and I can't get anywhere. I've tried resetting the SMC and PRAM, but that hasn't helped. Any ideas here? I can't believe that update toasted my MBP!
And I tried unplugging all my drives from it as well.

Were you trying to install Mavericks? What do you see when you restart your Mac with the Option key held down? Does it indicate the boot volumes is Mavericks or your previous system? If it's Mavericks boot into the Revovery volume and try reiinstalling from there.

IPhone Game Just Added To The App Store

My first flash iphone game just went up, had some speed issues i had to work through,ended up with 30fps on the iphone 4.
Had problems with the app loader,had to change the provision id from com.alique.appname to com.alique.* and then it worked fine.
My app still has the Screen Flicker problem mentioned in threads, ill try out the stage exact size method and see if that fixes it.
I'll put up the android version in a day or so. Flash can work out well if you dont over reach, Hoping to have my next game up soon and hoping molehill
is released soon for web and mobile.

Nice job, just bought the game and works really smooth except i don’t get the blocking training after the levels completed, seems impossible to get the meter fully up. Aside its sick that you got it up and running on the app store.
Wanted to ask if you know or heard about any ways to implement the apple game center? I’m launching my game mid February and it would be a perfect feature as right now I’m using the URL methods to run a php of my server to display a leader board and i think apple won't allow it as they say you’re not allowed to run any external code, plus the whole game center things would be a great addition

it disappeared then i found it in the trash and when i dragged it out, the icon isnt there anymore and when i click to open it it says "You can't open the application App Store because it may be damaged or incomplete." what should i do????

Just wondering my app store, imessages and youtube apps aren't working. they all say cannot connect and message send failiure even when i have internet.
One thing about messages is that when i try to send a message it quickly fades away.

(A) Try reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
Note: Data will not be affected.
(B) Try reset all settings
Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings
Note: Data will not be affected but settings for Wi-Fi, FaceTime, Message, Home Sharing will be reset

Try some basic troubleshooting steps.
1. Quit Safari app completely and restart the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar. Restart the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
2. Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
3. Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Data. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad.

May be a '.plist" problem.
Close all applications.
In Finder hold the option key down click the "Go" menu in the menu bar.
Select "Library" from the dropdown.
Librarry > Preferences
Look for these two files.
com.appstore.plist
com.appstore.storeagent.plist
Delete them. Restart the computer.
Try App store.

My app store isnt working?

So the app store on my iPhone has stopped being user friendly. It started when I tried to update apps it was displaying, it wouldn't allow me to update saying the page was out of date and to refresh, no refreshing happened. So I deleted the apps because the red reminder was annoying me now that I have gone to reinstall the apps it won't let me asking over and over for my Id and password. What do I do?

Also try Settings > Store > Apple ID > sign out and sign in again.

For the past couple weeks, I have not been able to download any new apps or update any apps on my iPhone. I have an iPhone 5 and its software is up to date. Everytime I go to the App Store, it says "Cant connect to app store". Any suggestions?

I am having the same problem. My iPhone is 1 week old, and as of last night, 10/11/12, my app store would not function corretly. I can open the app store but the following tabs do not work: Featured, charts, and search. By "do not work" I mean that the gray spinning wheel will go for a while and then stop as if it is finished loading but the screed will still be blank aside from the top and bottom banners of the app. The Genius and Updates tab work fine. This is very annoying and nothing I have done so far has fixed it. I have restarted the app, restarted my phone, "hard" restarted my phone, and reset my network settings. I have also tried accessing the app store on wifi and 3g/4g and neither work. Everything has been done except a factory reset of my phone but I am avoiding that for now. I have seen MANY others in the forums with this concern so is there anyone that has successfully solved this problem?
Help would be much appreciated.

App update notice not in App Store update

I just got a notice there was an update to Pages. I clicked on the link and it took me to the Apple Store home page. I clicked on the Updates button at the top and it told me there were no updates available.
What is going on? Either there is and update to Pages, or there is not!

Good question. I am working in P5.1. However, I opened an older file. I am merging and expanding several Pages docs of different ages. When I opened the older version file, it asked if I would like to update it to the new pages (5.1). I clicked OK and it converted it.
Later I was in the middle of working on one of the files, when a drop down window appeared telling me there is a new version of Pages. This was not a reference to a specific file, but to the app Pages itself.
I don't know any way to back track and see what happened. Guess I will have to wait until it happens again, then note all the steps.

The iMovie 11 update I just bought from the App Store will not install on Macbook Pro

I have a Macbook Pro and I have iLife 09, I updated all the other iLife 09 apps to iLife 11 (iPhoto, Garage Band) . So I bought the update for iMovie yesterday and it seems to downloaded fine but when I click the install button it doesn't do anything. Can you guys point me in the right direction to get this installed

You have a corrupted old system. At the very least you need to repair the hard drive and permissions before trying to install Mountain Lion. However, this my not be sufficient. You may need to reinstall your old system before trying to install Mountain Lion.
Of course it would be more useful were you to provide the full information on the error message and what OS X version you currently have installed. Also check that you can install Mountain Lion on your model:
