I just ordered and downloaded Elements 13 but now I'm stuck on next steps. What is the .exe to start the rest of install process
I just purchased and tried to download the product via the zip file. Now I'm not sure what the next steps are. Where are the instructions to get one into the product to complete the installation?
you need both the 7z (file 1 of 2, the archive) and the exe (file 2 of 2, the extractor).
download both, put in the same directory and double click the exe.

I just bought and downloaded Elements 12 but can't launch the program. Every time I try to sign in to my Adobe account to get started it shuts the whole program down everytime I click sign in. Very frustrated!! I had been using the trial version and loved it and want to work with the full version now!!!
If the trial version was still on the machine then you didn't need to install another program because Trial version can be activated by inserting your serial number and activated in the normal way.
I suggest try going to Help >> Activate
and see if you can activate it otherwise, if you can't launch the program then you need to uninstall the PSE completely from the Windows Control Panel and then restart the machine to make sure there isn't anything in the computer's memory.
Now restart the machine and install your program but this time making sure you also insert the serial number and your AdobeID so that you can register and activate the program automatically.

If you removed the device from your iCloud account rather than using the "Stop Lost Mode" option, then you will most certainly need to restore the iPhone, and that will require a computer running iTunes.

I was able to see app updates in my appstore but now suddenly there are no updates available what is the reason?
Hello, I have the same problem but 2 days ago I switched from an iPhone 4 to a 5 so I don't know if is a general issue or related from my iPhone upgrade.

You may be able to re-download the file like so:
First, delete the file. Then, in iTunes:
1. Go to "iTunes Store"
2. Click on "Purchased"
3. Find the file from there and click the cloud next to the file.

What OS? Assuming you are using Windows, there may be something leftover from the trial installation. Try using the cleaner tool and then re-installing.

Help. Updated to ios7 and itunes 11.1 but now I'm stuck on the 'connect to itunes' screen
I backed up my phone on itunes before I began this process. I downloaded itunes 11.1 While downloading ios7 I had an error message which was likely due to the limited memory space available on my laptop..(I cleaned some stuff up and it downloaded) When I plugged my phone back in it said it was in recovery mode. I restored my phone and saw that all my apps and music loaded. Then it synced. I tried to swipe the "hello" screen but was taken to the choices:
1. Set up as new iphone 2. restore from icloud backup 3. restore from itunes back up. I have never done an icloud backup and I DID do an itunes backup today so I selected option 3. This is where I'm stuck. It says "connected to itunes' and won't let me do anything else.
(I have restarted my computer, restarted the phone, did the recovery/hold the button down thing, restored it to another point from today etc...)

In the past, the URL's used seemed to be in order of use. The sites I went to most often were at the top of the pull down list. Now they are jumbled.
FWIW, I find this feature to be very useful. I use it routinely as a very quick way to get back to sites I visit most frequently. I use the bookmark bar for secondary sites, and bookmarks for tertiary sites.I followed the instructions in your first link, but I don't have a user.js file, and in any event, the instructions there aren't really relevant. The problem isn't that Firefox doesn't remember this setting, it's that I can't set Firefox to put a New Tab button on my Navigation bar in the first place because it's not in the list of items I can select. And yes, I've tried restoring the default set several different times with no effect. I know that the button exists, because I can see it on the copy on my laptop, even after the upgrade. The only thing I haven't tried (maybe) is disabling all plugins, so I'll try that and report back.

I Sarted doing the update through WIFI and it asked me to connect to Itunes which I have done. Then it said I needed to restore the I pad which I clicked to do, it went through all the motions then cam up with an error message on the laptop. Now all I can get is the apple on the screen like when you switch it on or off. I have tried holding the power and home buttons to restart the Ipad but it goes black then comes back to the apple? Any help would be welcomed.....
