    YOu need to download the Creative CloudApp from your account and install it. Just processing the payment has nothing to do with the actual install. If you have specific issues, you need to explain better and provide system info etc.

    You do not need a Beta channel build of Firefox (which currently is 32.0b6) to use Flash as the issue was you needed Firefox 27.0 or newer to use the old Flash 11.1 plugin on Android '''4.4'''. after it came out on tablets/phones.
    What Nexus 7 version do you have as there was a 2012 and a 2013 model. A easy way to tell if it is a 2013 is it has a camera on each '''back''' and front while 2012 only has one on front.
    If it is the 2012 then it has a Nvidia Tegra 3 so the old Flash 11.1 Plugin is disabled.

    there is no serial number used with a cc subscription.  you use your adobe id.
    go here, Adobe: Creative, marketing, and document management solutions
    sign in with the same adobe id used to subscribe.  start the download of one of your programs.
    that will install the cc desktop app which is used to manage your cc apps,

  • Just paid for LR upgrade from perpetual 5.7 to LR 6 (not CC).  Why am I seeing "30 days left in lightroom mobile trial"?

    I suspect it has to do with me downloading CC for Photoshop and LR MANY months ago.
    I did not uninstall CC.
    How do I clean this up?  I'm not switching to LR CC now.  I bought perpetual upgrade from LR 5 to LR 6.

    I just paid for an in-app game credit, i was stupid and kept pressing it cause purchase failed.
    then i couldnt update any apps until i put my credit card details in, which i thought i had already.
    then after i got charged 9 bucks which on the receipt was all from that game... but when i go to the game, i didnt get any credit?

  • HT5622 An automatic subscription renewal  did not go through my stolen card which was stopped at the bank. Now I cannot do any changes to my payment method with my new card because of incomplete billing that is not paid. What do I do?? Frustrated.

    My problem is that the iStore does not want to accept the new card that I have received. How do I pay for the last incomplete billing which did not go through because the credit card was stolen and was blocked before the store can deduct the subscription fees??

    An MPEG-1 file wouldn't give you the "error (-2048) message.
    QuickTime Player can play MPEG-1 with audio. The Pro upgrade can't "parse" the muxed file format and will only export the video track.
    MPEG Streamclip is free. Try it.

    Because you can only synce with one iTunes library and you are switching libries by using the new computer. To nake this yyour syncing computer:
    - Move all the media(apps, music, synced video and photos etc) to the new computer.
    - Connect the iPofd yo the computer and bake a backup fo the iPod by right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up
    - Restore the iPod from that backup.
    Note that the backup that iTunes makes doe not include media.

    If you ordered Acrobat via subscription, then you can use either Windows or Mac version.  Just download/install the Mac version, then activate it with your Adobe ID.
    If you purchased the perpetual license, then you need to Contact Customer Care bu chat or phone.
