I have just paid to be able to convert pdf to word but get the message file is password protected. Have I wasted my money or is there a solution?
This suggests that the file itself is protected, and the person who made it did not want it converted.
You can check this in Adobe Reader by using File > Properties and looking under Securty. What does it show? (Screen shot wouldn't hurt).

I'm sorry that you're having trouble subscribing. Please take a look in the lower-left corner of the Adobe.com website. Do you see "United Kingdom" listed as the region? If not, please click Change Region, and then choose United Kingdom.

The message may be refering to Adobe plug-ins. To use Apple Preview to view PDF, right click on any PDF you have/Get Info. In the Info Window/Open with: Select Preview > Select Change All

That message means this the computer/iTunes library is not the one syncing computer/library for that iPod. You have two choices:
- Do the syncing/updating on the syncing computer/library.
- Make this computer/library the syncing computer/library

I paid for the basic program to convert PDF's to Word or Excel Documents. When I pull up the PDF I want to export and click on export icon in the tool bar it takes me back to sign up for the service which I have already paid for and received email confirmation - help!!!
1. Make sure you signed up for "ExportPDF" or "PDF Pack", not something else.
2. Check you are signing in with the SAME Adobe ID used to subscribe.
3. If no good, go to Manage Account on Adobe's site and check your subscription is active. (If you just paid it can take up to 48 hours for some reason). -

I get below error messages when i open a PDF.
"An internal error occured"
I have installed new windows 7 and i was not having pdf viewer. I just downloaded the latest adobe acrobat reader DC for the adobe site and installed in my PC. Thing is, am able to open some of the PDF files (word document that is converted into PDF). But scanned images for example photo or mark sheets that are converted into PDF, am getting this error message.
I tired almost everything.
1) un-installed and installed again.
2) installed previous version of adobe
3) unchecked the "Enable, protection mode during startup"
4) tried setting zero for "bproectmode" in the regedit (key_host_local_machine->adobe->dc> Dword with value 0)
5) created new administrator account, and even there, i got the same error message.
6) tried repair installation said by Sukrit...
But nothing fixed my issue
Please someone help me in fixing this issue. -

Are you trying to log in to ExportPDF from Reader? If so, please make sure that you have the most current version by choosing Help > Check for Updates in Reader. You should be using version 11.0.07 (Mac OS) or 11.0.08 (Windows)--earlier versions caused this sign-in error that you're seeing.

Okay... so I just paid the yearly fee to be able to convert pdfs to word documents. I select the pdf and the word format and hit convert. Like 20 times. Absolutely nothing happens!
