I just paid with my visa to increase the size of how much I can store in my iCloud from my iPhone but I'm noticing im going to have to pay the 27.99 price to get what I really want so I would like to know if you can stop that payment or put on 27.99

So I would like to know if that payment can be stopped or forward to the other $27.99 payment I'll be making. I'm also not sure, but think I am lol, that if I were to pay the $27.99 if that applies to my iPhone and my iPad ? Or would that have to be two payments? If your credit card is being charged for purchases that are not showing in your iTunes Store account's Purchase History, contact your bank and report the charges as fraudulent.

I would like to know if you have to back up a macbook hard drive, can I use a external hard drive that has been previously used to back up several pc 's, or is it best to have a separate external drive for the Mac?
In the Mac side of things, backups usually come in two flavors: clones or incrementals.
A bootable clone is a bit-for-bit copy of all essential files in the startup volume. If using the Lions, clones can be made using CarbonCopyCloner or just plain old Disk Utility. These backups represent the safest protection of your info, but take the longest to do. Recovery is an inverse process: you copy the clone back into the internal drive.
Incremental backups start with a complete backup of the startup volume and only copy whatever changed from the previous run. OS X includes the fully integrated Time Machine backup utility to do this. It is extremely easy to do and takes the least amount of time. Recovery is another matter altogether since you have to start with a freshly installed instance of the OS and have to apply all intervening backups to bring the result to the latest saved version.
As for where the backup takes place, the recommended media is an external dedicated drive or drives connected via the fastest interface available on your Mac: Thunderbolt, USB3, Firewire, or USB2. Network-based backups, wired or wireless, are attractive but may not offer the same performance and hence take longer. Also important to note that the entire drive need not be completely dedicated to a single backup. The Mac's EFI firmware infrastructure allows for an unlimited number of partitions on a hard drive and each can be used for either type of backups.

Get an iTunes gift card & redeem that in iTunes. You can setup an App store account without a credit card, but to purchase paid content you need a payment method.

Screen protectors are for protection against scratches, not for protection against the iPod being dropped. As to the case, you may wish to take this issue up with the case manufacturer, though again, most claim protection only against scratches and mars, not against being dropped. Either way, such damage is not covered by the devices. warranty.
As to cost, Apple does not repair iPods, but will replace the entire iPod for a flat fee; see the Repair Pricing section here (as also mentioned by Limnos):

There are independent iPod repair services that may be able to replace the screen for less. Do a web search for "ipod repair". Note, though, that if you elect to have the iPod serviced by an unauthorized shop, all further warranty will be void.

How do I reverse DOWN LOAD ALL done in error on my iPad with my newly set of ITUNES MATCH that has some 22,000 tunes. I have not found away of stopping it; every time I play a song it automatically downloads onto my iPad. Help!
Thank you so much for the response. This half sorts out my issue, as turning off Musicmatch means I can load music onto my iPad, but the minute I turn it back on to access my library whilst travelling I will lose what I have loaded as it comes up saying " all music will be erased".
I really apprecaite your time, so will just have to live with what I load. Seems weird that Apple wouldn't consider people want to listen to music on planes or in Non - wifi zones??

I starting to think this company thinks people got money to waste,or don't want people to resell their old phone cuz I've been using iPhones for three years now,buying them from coworker,friends and even strangers(had to return a stolen one once)so I'm a little educated about how to buy iphone secondhand but with ios7,I was never informed about the activation lock,which is a good feature but when you sign up for find my phone,it never say you automatically signed into activate lock or teaches you how to unlock this for resell,I think this is a big mistake on the company part and should be printed in the start up process,I'm upset cuz I brought a iphone4s with a good imei that not stolen(I seen the person old phone bills)but didn't know to have them release the activation lock

If you are using Exchange 5.5 or later you don't really need a custom connector. Exchange has an export/import command "admin.exe" that can be used to create a csv file of your exchange users (and other info). All you'll need then is the meta UTC (Universal Text Connector).

I got my ipod touch (4th generation) on March 20, 2012, and it fell out of my pocket when I jumped. Unfortunantly, the screen cracked very badly, and it has become a hazard, not only for the many cuts I have gotton on my fingers from the ipod screen's broken glass, but for what I type (because the screen is cracked so badly, I cannot see what I am doing). The ipod has become pointless to own in its condition.
