i just purchase an ipad2 yesterday when i tried to download some apps it kept giving me this error1004 msg. i tried to reset everything still the same msg. I even reset my account credit card still the same. I already talk to ipad support she does have clue either.

Try popping out the SIM card and turn off the phone.
Pop in the SIM card once again and turn on the phone, make sure that the SIM card is placed and seated perfectly in the tray!

I have this same problem. The album shows available to download from the cloud, but the 3 remaining songs won't download. The songs happen to be the first 3 songs on the album. The purchase & initial download was initiated via 3G; the rest of the songs were downloaded via WiFi. I have over 20GB of storage available on my iPhone, so it's not a capacity issue.

Seems like the downloaded file was corrupt that could be because of either network restriction or the anti virus might have blocked it. My suggestion would be to try and download the product either by turning off the Antivirus or try a different network.

"Amount you own" due to credit card failed authorization. Please help

I was using a prepaid creditcard on my iTunes account but I didnt know it ran out, I downloaded Angry Bird Space HD from the app store after that and now I have a certain amount I own apple because it failed to authorize the prepaid credit card yet allowed me to install the app. I'm going to buy an iTunes gift card tonight, will that allow me to repay the amount due? Because I don't want to get banned or anything bad like that.

Yes, just enter the new card details and click done when finished. It will then charge the new card for the amount owed.

It sounds as if you purchased Pages from the Mac App Store and have not been able to complete the download and installation, a frustrating situation to be sure. Let's see if we can get you back on the road.

I don't like some features in the new iTunes and my favorite visualizer doesn't work with it . I threw everything to do with iTunes away and tried to install an earlier version but the installer kept giving us this error page telling us to quit iTunes !

The installer is crazy . It keeps thinking that iTunes is running even though we dumped everything we could find ( preferences , application , libraries ) . Did I miss something ? Is there an uninstaller? I need an earlier than 10.5 version . I don't like the side swipe ( it feels unbalanced ) effect and my favorite visualizer doesn't work right with it . Thanks!

Update: my PC USB hub was connected to a USB 3 port, I connected the 30 pin cable directly to my PC, And the restore worked just fine. Restored phone from iCloud backup and seems to be working fine.

Nothing has been deleted.
The Library folder is just hidden now. Hold down the Option key while clicking on Go in the Finder's menu and you'll see that you can open the Library folder.
Once opened, drag the folder to the Finder's sidebar, so that you open it more easily next time.
