I just purchased Creative Suite 6 and my order status is pending.
Is there any way I can have my Creative Suite 6 purchased approved as soon as possible. I have very important job to complete today and will be traveling overseas later today.

We just purchased Creative Suite 5 for my class and we would like to make a still picture from a video clip we downloaded on our computer. Adobe upgrade installers are always full installers and do not need to find a previous version installed. If they don't , they just prompt you for the old serial number as well as the new one.
That being said, if you plan to uninstall older versions, the time to do so is BEFORE you install the newer version. The problem is that when you run the uninstaller for each older version, they will in turn mess with the newer installation iof already present. There are just too many similarly named files in similar locations for each version.
If you already have CS6 installed, running the CS5 and CS5.5 uninstaller will mess with your existing CS6 installation.
At this point, you're better off uninstalling all three versions, running the Adobe CS Cleaner and then re-installing CS6 from scratch.
I know, it sounds like a pain—and it is—but it will save you a lot of grief later on. -
I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 6 (have the disk). But now it keeps asking me to sign in and reenter my product code. Says "Trial Period has ended." There was no trial period. I purchased the suite. Very annoying to have to keep logging in. How do I fix?

and I was really looking forward to using Adobe Story, wanted to move on from Final Draft.
However, I can't log in... I have a bunch of illustrator images and now I can't import them into Adobe Story ;/

I am aware that I could not use both devices at the same time and from what I've read on here, once you've bought creative suite you may install it onto two devices. I'm just wondering how I go about installing onto my iMac, also with consideration that it is a older version of Creative Suite.

This is frustrating - I have to re install my Creative suite 5 and the message I get says I need to validate eligibility etc because I purchased this edition while in school. This is a student teacher edition. I know longer have a school address since I graduated 4 years ago. Can anyone help???
Creative Cloud Download & InstallI'm not clear what you are saying here. Since for S&T versions registration is mandatory, you have a permanent serial on your account and those function just liek any normal serial number of a comemrcial package.

I uninstalled Adobe Acrobat Pro due to Windows 8 malfunction with starting up. I am trying to reinstall as I am an owner of the Creative Suite CS6 and I cannot access my serial number. I purchased the software in 2013 and never registered i, apparently. When directed on Adobe's site to access the serial number, it takes me to an outside 3rd party site, which I tried but it does not actually work. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased Adobe Creative Suite C2 and have been using it for years on the same computer without any problems with using it. Recently upon opening Photoshop I received a pop up window saying due to Adobe Software security we need you to activate your CS2 software. I tried, phone activation, web activation, nothing is working. I have the serial number and my Adobe account information. Any suggestions?

CS6 Master Collection is the last perpetual licensed product. The files created with CC version of Adobe apps are not, in many cases, compatible with CS6 versions.

Hello, we used over years the function ALEWEB_DOWNLOAD to send PDF, EXCEL, WORD content to the Frontend User for sevaral ITS Applications. This works fine and no problems occur. But now the customers do not like any more the given filename of ALEWEB_
