I just purchased GW mail 2.27 and upgraded to 2.28. In the folder section, I do not show a sent folder.
I purchased GW mail 2.27and upgraded to 2.28. In my folder section I am missing the sent folder. I tried rebooting the app but it did not work Still missing the sent folder. I contacted support and they say to hit the home button twice and look for GW ail hold the app until it quivers and a red minus line appears on the top left. I tapped the red minus sign and then the home button and the app was supposed to reboot but, still no sent folder.
I then turned the it off completely and waited. Turned on again and still no sent folder.
Anyone have a good suggestion that work? Or who can I contact to get my money back?

Thank you for your help, but a "possible" and a "maybe" for an answer does not help me find or get my sent folders for my accounts.
I had sent folders on all of my accounts in Thunderbird before, in a way earlier version.

I have now recently downloaded 10.0.2 which is confusing in itself, as, as far as I can ascertain that is actually version 11, but I'm not even sure about that.
Version 10.0.2 is the newest version and the successor to GarageBand '11 (version 6.0.5).
The '11 is referring to the iLife '11 suit of multimedia application - the older GarageBand was a part of this bundle.

My Ipod is Classic is not showing any podcasts which I have downloads either on the library within itunes or on the ipod but is showing in the syncing section some 3300 plus podcasts but even after syncing they are noty showing on the library or on the Ipod am missing a step here as I have ticked all before syncing ??

Ipod is now in the top right corner, last time I clicked on it, it ejected it but by clicking on the actual ipod icon then it brings up your ipod. I restored it to factory settings and synced all my music and it now works again. Hope this can help anyone who ends up with the same problem. -
Is there any possible way to simply convert all of my songs to 128 without making a copy? I have over 3,000 songs and I just can't go through 3,000 songs and delete each individually. Please help?
With the iPod connected to you computer go to the Summary pane for the iPod in iTunes and check the box that says: Convert higher bitrate songs to XX AAC. Select 128 kbps for XX.

I just purchased a new iphone 4S and I'm trying to loan some music from itunes. I keep getting a message that says not enough space on my phone. I checked my phone and I have 5.1G available. I deselected all the songs on my itunes to try and get it to sync and I keep getting the same message. Any tips?

Resolution
Try disconnecting and reconnecting your device, then syncing again to solve this issue.
Orphaned files may remain on your iOS device if it is physically disconnected while syncing music, podcasts, videos, or photos. This can prevent iTunes from syncing the iOS device on subsequent sync sessions. When this happens, the Capacity indicator in iTunes may report a large amount of "Other" disk usage for the iOS device. To resolve this issue:
1. Turn off the music or photo sync option in iTunes for the device.
2. Click Apply to sync the changes to the device.
3. Turn the music and photo sync options for the device on again.
4. Click Apply again to try to sync the device to iTunes.
- If the 'Not enough free space' alert appears, continue to step 5.
5. Turn off the automatic syncing functions for the iOS device. To do this:
- Select the iOS device from the iTunes window and click the Summary tab.
- Deselect "Automatically sync when this device is connected" and select the "Sync only checked songs and videos" checkbox.
- Click Apply to sync the changes to the device.
- Reduce the amount of data that is being synced to the device and resync the device. For example, if syncing your Music library exceeds the memory capacity of the device, choose "Selected playlists" to transfer rather than "All songs and playlists" under the Music tab in iTunes.
If the 'Not enough free space' alert appears, continue to step 6.
6. Restore using iTunes.

I'm experiencing a problem with an app I've just purchased from iTunes, I have tried every piece of advice from the "iOS: Troubleshooting applications purchased from the App Store" and still nothing is working. I would like to get my refund on this pls.
This is an inconvenience, I don't understand why I have to contact the developer for a faulty product in your store.
I've paid iTunes to get this, so iTunes must fix this problem for me or give my money back.

I just purchased a new mac mini and would like to use my old dell monitor. I tried a HD to VGA adapter converter,it plugs in, but nothing shows on the monitor. Any suggestions?
What do you mean by "HD to VGA adapter converter"?
Do you mean have an HDMI to VGA adapter connected the the Mini's HDMI port?
Or maybe you plugged n the the included HDMI to DVI adapter and then connected a DVI to DVI adapter?
In either case that will not work since VGA is analog and the Mini's HDMI port is digital only.
You need to purchase a mini displayport to VGA adapter. It plugs into the Mini's Thunderbolt port.

I just purchased Export PDF to Excel and it does not export anything usable. Your terminology should not be "export" but paste image, which is of no value. Please cancel my account and refund my money. What a shame you would advertise this as a product.

I just purchased Adobe Acrobat Standard DC andf upgraded from Acrobat XI. When I instalkled it on my PC the print Production Tools were there and functional. I installed it on my Laptop and those tolls are not there. What do I need to do to have Print Production Tools on both computers?

At the top of the box it should say Adobe Acrobat Pro DC or Adobe Acrobat Standard DC.

I have 3 files I composed using Sibelius software. I have imported them to itunes and can play them - they are .mid files. I can't seem to burn these files to an audio CD which is my goal - any ideas?
