I just purchased photoshop elements 12 from Best Buy. Followed instructions and triple checked the redemption code I entered. Invalid???

Trying to install new elements 12. The Redemption Code that came in package is INVALID. Please help!

I have a similar issue with Photoshop CS6. The site would not give me the serial number when I provided the Redemption Code. It said I didn't need a serial number, just install/download the software. The install process requires the serial number. I ended up in chat. Apparently they have retrieved my serial number and I should now be able to sign into my Adobe account and retrieve it. The catch is that they said it could take up to 24 hours to show up for me. So I have lost the day now.
So my suggestion is to go to the customer support chat function. Maybe your results will be a bit more timely than mine.

Obtain the serial number by following the steps listed here. Copy the contents of the DVD on a USB drive first and then copy them on your hard drive and run the setup file.

I purchased this at a store called Harvey Norman here in Western Australia and after going through all the redemption code and serial number panels when I hit the down load button nothing happens.
Although the panel with the download button tells me I have been successfully the system it will not download to my iMac. Any ideas anyone? Incidently all Adobe help panels and contacts do not respond
or are completely opaque.

I have just purchased Photoshop Elements 13. Why am I unable to access the program?

I have just purchased Photoshop Elements 13. I think it was installed. The title shows in my 'Downloads File'. I have tried double clicking on 'install' in the downloads file. All I get is a page of data that doesn't seem to do anything. When I purchased Photoshop Elements 12 there was no problem. The apps appeared on my monitor and I went to work. What appears on my monitor for Photoshop 13 is a file picure. When I click on it I go to the Downloads File. Can anyone help me?

In the serial number window, on the title bar check if the product name is Photoshop elements 13
There are some PE serial number which is specific for windows OS, you may check that also.
You can contact Adobe support and verify your serial number once

It shows it in my music but is a light shaded grey. So I may not access the song. I tried repurchesing the song but iTunes won't let me.

I had the same problem and solved it for myself, and I have a iphone 4s. I went to my songs and deleted the light grey songs then went to the itunes store, and selected more, then selected purchased. I scrolled down to the songs that were a light grey in my music, and pushed the download button ( icloud symbol with arrow on it) ,now my songs are successfully downloaded and ready to listen to any time!

I just bought Photoshop Elements 11 at Costco. I want to install on a Mac with no CD drive. I went to download trial version from Adobe (so I could then upgrade to full, purchased version by entering serial number from the box), but the trial version is Photoshop Elements 12.
How can I install the software I just purchased???
