I just rented a movie on my ipod touch 5, it downloaded part way then stopped. it shows up in my rented section but tells me to go to download, i got to downloads and there is nothing. how can i fix this. i am not happy i paid $5 and only watch part of it
i rented a movie, it downloaded part way and now i cant redownload it. ive logged out and logged in and restarted everything. i downloaded it to my ipod and i cant find it on my ipad or computer.
If you can't find it using the Search feature on the devices, contact iTunes and request a redownload.

"Sounds like you guys are using the same apple id for imessage. You will need to create a separate id for you wife. OR go to settings - message - receive&send and make sure your phone number is the default for both you and yoru wife.

My Macbook pro won't open downloaded programs, it just opens the code it was written in using the text and edit app. How can I fix this? I just bought the computer last month so this is some what frustrating.
If you are downloading .exe files, those are Windows programs, and will not run on your Mac unless you install Windows on it. (That is possible, if you need one of those apps.)

Korean songs got cracked or broken on iTunes! How can I fix this? Can apple just offer a universal language applied to iTunes?
English songs have right names but some Korean songs names got cracked .
I set English as the first language on my Mac and don't want to set up language in English.
Thanks.Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past music purchases, delete the broken tracks from your iTunes library, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

In the middle of an update, it call closed. Itunes keeps saying that it's not installed, even though ive tried reinstalling multiple times. All my iphone is doing it showing the ituns symbol and a charger. How can I fix this???

If I understand your question, you are trying to update your iPhone, but you are seeing an error message that iTunes for Windows is not installed, is that right? The first step is to get iTunes successfully installed on your computer. Then backup the iPhone before updating the iOS software.

If your speaker is broken, then you may need to get a repair done.

As I said in the other thread that you posted in the other forum, your friend clearly has not restored the iPad correctly. I suggest that you undertake another restore and start again.

Given what you've have described, your friend cannot have restored the iPad correctly. You need to decide whether you are willing to delete his contacts manually, or carry out another restore. Personally I think I would go for the restore. -

This isn't being caused by your iCloud account. It's caused by using use the same Apple ID for iMessage. To fix this you have two choices:
On one of the phones go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with a different ID (so both phones are using a different ID for iMessage). Note: you can still share the same ID for purchasing in Settings>iTunes & App Stores; or
On both phones go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and uncheck the email address(es) shown under "You can be reached by iMessage at". Also uncheck anyone else's phone number, if present. -
