I just reset my password and was asked payment info again and was charged without any purchase, why is it so.
I forgot applied password and successfully rest that and when tried to update few free apps it redirected to updated payment info and I did that and was charged for free updates any idea about this kind of issues.
You are not charged for free updates.
Each time that you add or change your card's details on your account a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

i cant remember the answers to my security questions. i have reset my password and added the recovery email account but still cant figure out how to purchase new content. it asks me the same security questions. i also have a temp pin. how do i fix this?
If you've just added an address to your account then it will be an alternate/secondary email address, a rescue email address can only be added by answering 2 of your security questions. If you already had one on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email addressthen you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

apple id was originally disabled. I reset my password and can sign into my apple id account. But when i want to buy an app in the app store it says my apple id is disabled again.
It's real easy to create a new one and, in fact, it's too easy. I say that because multiple IDs are a PIA. The problem is that anything obtained from the iTunes Store is PERMANENTLY associated with the ID that was used to obtain the item(s). iTunes items can not be transferred from one ID to another and IDs can not be merged.
The problem arises when you want to update an app. If you're doing it from iTunes on your computer, you must log out and back in to get to the correct ID. Then you update and log out/in again to get back to where you started. It's slightly easier if you update from the iPad/iPod device as there is no need to log out/in BUT you still need the correct password for the appropriate ID. Of course, with a disabled ID, the problem is much worse!
A replacement Apple ID makes sense ONLY if you wish to start out absolutely brand new with zero iTunes Store purchases.
If you're really butting your head aginst a wall and you're reasonably close to an Apple Store, my suggestion is that you make an appointment with the resident "Genius" and get his/her help.
One last thought... If your brother actually got a human on the phone to dispute the charges, go there and explain the problem. Of course, if Apple did not accept his explanation of what occurred, that could be the whole issue. Apple believes that money is owed on the account! -

If all ok, log into your account via itunes App, Click on your ID at bottom left of say the Music page, then click to 'Manage', enter password. On next page click on your apple ID at top, then select to go to '[email protected]'. Log in on the browser window page that appears and confirm that your primary apple ID and primary email have been verified (should have green ticks and the word 'verified' next to them. If you use itunes on a pc to sync with then do this through iTunes;Store menu on your pc, ensuring that you sync your device once finshed. You will also need to check that your device is set to the correct timezone and time in your devices settings page. If problem still persists at least we'll know the basics are ok.
When you post again can you also include whether ipad2/3 etc and iOS e.g. 5.3.1/6.01 etc

I keep resetting my password and it continues to say incorrect each time I try to update or purchase apps
I have had that problem. I had an apple I'd as we'll not associated with my email. Once I put it on there I had to buy the apps again. Very upset that I have to pay for app om my iPhone and then turn around and buy the same app for iPad or IPod. This issue with it not accepting my password no matter how many times I change it is very frustrating. Took my password to ask the question but it won't to buy an app! Maybe I will just save my money.

Sorry to hear about this problem. What site are you trying to log in on? Is it a Mozilla site? Usually you don't need to register or sign in to a Mozilla site to use Firefox. Usually you can just go straight to where you want to go.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your apple ID I would normally recommend resetting your password, but you have already done this.

Just started getting "The Apple Id you entered couldn't be found or the password was incorrect". Any ideas why? iTunes is running, the Apple Id and password are being entered correctly.

If you can verify that your Apple ID and password are correct by logging in at AppleID.apple.com and are certain that all your apps were purchased under that ID, you may want to try manually logging out of your Apple ID on your iPhone, then logging back in. Thank you for getting back to me. I was able to locate the opm.db file and delete it. (as instructed below) I go to applications>Adobe Creative Cloud and double click. It prompts me to login, it logs in and says there is an update, I click update and it prompts me to sign in with my password, I enter the same password and it doesn't take it. Also, the opm.db file is back in the OOBE folder. Im I launching Creative Cloud incorrectly?
Close the Creative Cloud Desktop application.
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: :\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
Delete the opm.db file.
Launch Creative Cloud. Try signing in.
